Providing and laying Premixed Seal Coat (Type B) with approved quality grit of Pakur variety @ 0.6 m3 / 100 m2 and bitumen binder on thoroughly cleaned black top surface, including heating and mixing cleaned Pakur variety grit (100 % passing through 2.36 mm sieve and retained on 180 micron sieve) uniformly with bitumen binder, laying and spreading the mix at an uniform rate using suitable means, brushing the surface, if necessary, to ensure uniformity, followed by rolling with power roller including the cost and carriage of binder and aggregates, cost of heating the binder and aggregates and all other incidental charges, cost of fuel and lubricants, including hire charges of machineries, tools & plants required for construction and quality control complete as per Clause 511 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). By Manual Means over freshly laid premix surface. With Hot Bitumen Binder (@ 6.80 kg / 10 sqm.) Using VG-30 BUlk Bitumen

Providing and applying Fog Spray using low viscosity (SS Type) Cationic bitumen emulsion for sealing cracks less than 3 mm wide or incipient fretting or disintegration in an existing bituminous surfacing including thoroughly cleaning of surface using scrubber and compressed air jets, applying SS type Bituminous Emulsion using bitumen pressure distributor, including cost and carriage of all ingredients and hire and operational charges of all machinery, tools and plants including fuel, lubricants and cost of quality control as per Clause 513 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision).

Providing and applying primer coat with Cationic Bitumen Emulsion of approved grade conforming to IS: 8887-1978 and requisite quantity on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer using Mechanical means including cost and carriage of bitumen emulsion and all other incidental costs os work complete as per Clause 502 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). i) On WBM/WMM Surface (Using Bitumen Emulsion SS-I at the rate of 0.85 kg/ 10sqm.)

Providing and applying tack coat with Cationic Bitumen Emulsion of approved grade conforming to IS: 8887-1978 on the prepared surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom, moistening the surface including cost and carriage of emulsion, hire charges of machinery and labour, cost of fuel and lubricants all complete as per Clause 503 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). (ii) On Granular surface (Using Bitumen emulsion RS-I grade at the rate of 0.275 kg per sqm.)

Providing and applying tack coat with Cationic Bitumen Emulsion of approved grade conforming to IS: 8887-1978 on the prepared surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom, moistening the surface including cost and carriage of emulsion, hire charges of machinery and labour, cost of fuel and lubricants all complete as per Clause 503 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). (ii) On Bituminous surfaces (Using Bitumen emulsion RS-1 grade at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm.)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting pakur variety stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering including lighting, guarding, barricading and making necessary earthen bundh of one metre width on each side and preparing the bed by necessary cutting or filling, including cost of all materials and hire and labour charges of all men and machinery and compacting to the required density, as per Clause 404 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). Supplying and Laying in the specified pattern of Interlocking Concrete Block Pavements (ICBP) with concrete blocks (with concrete grade as specified as per Table 1 of IS 15658:2006) manufactured in steel mould clamped to a vibrating table by hydraulic pressure (as per cl. no. 6.30 of IRC:SP:63(2018) from BIS licensee manufacturer, with spacer nib (Small protruding profiles on the vertical face of a paver block used as a device for keeping minimum joint gap in between the paving blocks, as per cl. no. 3.26 of IS:15658 and of specified size and shape with aspect ration (the ratio of length to thickness of a paver block as per Cl no. 3.3 of IS: 15658) as per Table 2 of IS 15658 with flextural strength/breaking load as per Annexure G of IS 15658, on the prepared base course of specified CBR as per Table 1 of IRC SP 63 (2018) or else as mentioned in design and drawing with a cushion of compacted bedding sand of 25-35 mm thick (grading of the bedding sand as per clause 6.5.1 of IRC SP 63 and filling up the gaps in between paver blocks with joint filling sand (the grading of the joint filling sand will be as per clause 6.5.2 of IRC SP 63) and completing the edges with cut blocks as per Cl no. 8.7 of IRC SP 63(2018) with proper confinement of bedding and joint filling sand compacting, levelling and filling up of the edge gap, 100 mm thick, Grey

Sand filling in foundation trenches and at the back of abutments, wing-walls etc. with good local sand free from earth in layers not exceeding 15 cm. including inundating each layer by profuse water and poking and ramming layer by layer complete including supply of sand.
