Condensor Unit for Minimum Cooling Capacity 19.25 KW system :- SITC of 5.5 TR Capacity Microprocessor based air cooled Condensing Unit Eco Friendly refrigerant (R32/R410A), variable speed, thermastatic expansion valve, multiple scroll/screw compressor, arrangement for operation with Dx type AHU, and suitable for operation on 415±10% Volt, 50Hz, 3 PH AC supply with adequate auxilary protection like oil heater with thermostar for prevention of ingress of liquid refrigerant in the compressor piston chamber, over current, HP/LP Cut outs, Power contractors & control logic circuit for periodic operation of working & standby Condensor fans, Compressors and matching condensing units. Outdoor Air cooled Condensors unit shall comprise multi row Copper coil with Aluminium fins and Axial fan as required housed in a sheet metal chamber with adequate ventilation as OEM standard. (Make: General/ Hitachi/ Voltas/ Daikin/ Bluestar/ Carrier/ Mitshubishi Electric) No extra shall be payable for refrigerant gas & transportation/ shifting work.

SITC of factory build Ceiling Suspended DX coil double skin type Air Handling Unit sectionalised, made of extruded Al section frame structure with thermal break profile of 48±2 mm thick panels consisting of G.I. casing of thickness 0.6mm outside layer and 0.6mm inside layer with polyurethane foam (PUF) insulation of density 40 ±2 kg/ cum factory injected between them by injection moulding machine complete with blower section, VFD, Cooling coil section with aluminium finned copper tubes 4 row DX cooling coil, filter section with 25 mm thick metal viscous or washable synthetic type air pre-filters along with fine filters, direct driven package with IE2 motor suitable for 415 ±10% Volts, 50 Hz, 3 Phase AC power supply complete drain connection, stainless steel drain pan, mixing box necessary vibration isolation arrangement etc suitable for complete the system. SITC of Hard Drawn Copper refrigeration pipe line for Suction & Discharge with Cu. Brazing joints & necessary supports & brackets of different sizes in accordance with the required ODU pipe size. (Make - NIPPON/HITACHI-RYOKU/MANDEV)
