S & F 240V, 4ft, 18/20Watt -2100 lm LED Tube light fittings including making entire connection with 3x1.5 sq. mm stranded copper wire through flexible PVC pipe for proper illumination of the Glow Sign Board from inside as per direction of EIC (Philips/Wipro/Crompton/Bajaj)

SITC of Glow Sign Board (12ft x 4 ft x 6 inch depth) made from 40x40x5mm MS angl, 40x5mm MS flat having the provision for opening front side by 25x25x5mm MS angle, 3 nos hinges duly welded. There will be vertical support in each 3ft length and as per direction of EIC. The entire board should be painted with one coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of RO primer.The front and side facia of the board is to be made with 2mm thik White PVC sheet of export quality having suitable size and to be fixed by required SS screws. The back side of the board should be enclosed by 20 SWG GI SHEET. S & F 25X25X6 mm aluminium angle by SS Screws at peripheri of the board. The matter is to be incripted on a whole best quality venyle sheet as per approved size, colour & matter which will be pasted properly over the PVC sheet. Inscripton of the board will be provided at the time of layout. Demo incription should be approved by EIC befor finalization . Installation the same Glow sign board at suitable place by making suitable sized RCC muffing & neet cement finishing etc.with two nos 32x32x6 mm MS angle iron bracket for support on the back side rigidly grouted or drilling for support on the back side rigidly grouted or drilling hole for protection support on the back side rigidly grouted or drilling hole for protection support by heavy type screw/nuts & cement net finish etc.& painting.

Fixing outdoor type fluorescent/SV/MV light fitting on pole including S&F 55 mm dia x 1.68 mts. long GI Pipe (ISI-Medium) bracket with 55 mmx10 mm thick, MS clamp etc. and providing wiring with 2x1/1.40 PVC insulated and sheathed wire (single core) from loop box at the base of pole to light fiting through pole & bracket (without control switch) including making connections & painting etc.

Distribution wiring in 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) in 20mm size PVC rigid conduit 'FR' (Precision make) incl. necy. fittings as required 2 x 36/0.3 (2.5 sqmm) + 1 x 22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) ECC

Supply & Fixing 240 V, 20A, plug socket with separate 20 A Piano key type switch (Brand approved by EIC) on sheet metal switch board embedded in wall incl. S & F 150x100x65mm MS (16SWG) switch board and bakelite / perspex top cover of 3mm thick by Brass screws after making housing for switch by cutting bakelite/perspex cover and making necessary connections as required

S & Fixing of 240 V ,100 watt or higher ,LED Street Light including IP66 protection with in built SPD & CCT (5700-6500)& minimum Luuminious efficacy =110 Lummen /Watt.(make:philips/crompton/wipro/Bajaj)

Supplying & Fixing GI waterproof type looping cable box size 200x150x100 mm deep having 4 mm thick comprising of one 250V 15 A kit-kat fuse unit, one NL on porcelain insulator, one compression type brass cable gland for upto 2- core 16 sqmm PVC/A cable and having lined with rubber gasketted GI top cover with brass machine screws etc., earthing terminal with lug, on steel tubular / GI pole near base, including S&F 40x6 mm thick, MS clamps with bolts, nuts etc. including painting with anticorrosive paint

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials : 2 core 6sqmm

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables as below; a) 2 core 6sqmm

Supply and Fixing of 1.1 KV grade 2 core 6 sq.mm PVC/A Alum cable (Make Kei/Polycab/RR / /Havell's/Gloster) as approved by E.I.C

Laying of cable 2 core 6 sqmm on wall/surface including S & F MS clams with earthing attachment in 2 x 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making hole etc. as necy., mending good damages and painting
