Laying of cable from 3/3½ core 35 sqmm to 50 sqmm on wall/surface incl. S & F MS saddles with earthing attachment in 2x 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making holes etc. as necy., mending good damages and painting.

Supplying and fixing 415 V Four Pole MCCB of Breaking capacity 25kA/35kA with fixed thermal and fixed magnetic / adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic setting in existing DBs / enclosure and necessary connection. A) 125A (Make:- Legrand/ABB/L&T)

Charges for dismantalling of false ceiling for AC IDU installation, Temporary block of rest part of false ceiling by APC board for functioning of other machines IDU, refixing of dismalted false ceiling after work as per direction of the EIC

a) Up to 50 sqmm

Dismantalling existing IDU/OUD, refrigeramt lines, Indoor unit and carring to suitable places of hospital campus as per direction of the EIC. [After one dismantalled and installation of new one, another unit will be allowed for dismantalling] (Existing 18 TR ductable split)

Supply, Installation & commissioning of suitable size 16SWG hard/soft drwan refrigeration copper pipe (Make-Ryoku/Rajco/Nippon), with 9 mm nitrile rubber tube Insulation on following sizes of suction line & Liquid Line copper pipe with proper insulation tape.(Make-Accoflex/ Armacell/K-Flex,) complete with fittings, elbows, bends, supporting arrangement on walls.

Supply,Insallation Testing and Commisioning of Microprocessor based air cooled ceiling suspended Ducted Split AC machines having following specification. a) Nominal Cooling Capacity : Minimum 21 TR or 22TR /25000 BTU or 264000 BTU/Hr / 66503 KCal 66528 KCal per Hr or Higher Capacity. b) Nominal Air Flow : 8800 CFM or Higher c) Operating Ambient Temperature : 45⁰C-50⁰C d) Refrigerant : R410A e) Controller : Intelligent Microprocessor based with LCD Display, capable of Fault display, Auto restart after power failure, Single-phasing and phase reversal protection, having Provision for fire alarm input etc standard feature. f) Compressor : Hermetically Sealed Scroll compressor 02 (two) nos at ODU. g) Power Supply : For IDU - 380-420 V , 3 Ph, 50 Hz AC or 230V AC Single phase 2 Wire AC Supply & for 02 nos ODU 415V, Three Phase, 50 Hz, AC Supply The system should give non-stop cooling at 48-52 degrees of outside ambient temperature and provide test certificate. (Make: Blue Star (Set Model : DSA2642R3)/Voltas (Set Model:- ACADS21023) / Carrier)

Supplying and fixing MCCB Weather proof enclosure with IP-65 protection, pwder coated provision for housing Four pole (4P) MCCB, concealed in wall after cutting the wall & mending good the damages to original finish / on flat iron frame incl. painting, connection & provision for earthing attachment.(Make: Syntax or As per choice of EIC)

S & laying of 4 core 2.5 sqmm. 1.1Kv grade XLPE insulated Al/A cable. (Make- Polycab/ Havells/ Gloster/ RR Kabel/KEI) For communication between ODU and IDU.

Laying of cable as below, on existing Cable Tray and binding with suitable size GI wire.
