Epoxy bonding of new concrete to old concrete. For casting of new bearing pedestal.

Supplying. preparing and placement of ready mix non shrink cementious microconcrete having no metalic aggregate or chlorides for repairing and \iackting of damaged R.C.C.members. Themicroconcrete should achieve a compressive strength not less than 10 MPaafter 24 hours. 40 Mpaafter 7 days 3 and 50Mpa aftre 28 days at 300C.It should have ~ unrestrained expansion in between 1 to 4%. flexural strength shall not be less than 5MPaafter 28 days. Micro concrete should have a co-efficient of thermal expansion similar to that of the host concrete. For casting of new bearing pedestal.

Providing and inserting nipples with approved fixing compound after drilling holes for grouting as per Technical specifications including subsequent cutting/removal and sealing of the hole as necessary of nipples after completion of grouting with Cement/Epoxy. Anchoring of Holding ground Bolt For restoration of bottom of bearing pedestal considering 2 nos. for each location for top and bottom both.

Sealing of cracks / porous concrete with Eproxy Grout by injection through nipples complete as per clause 2803.1

Vibration free Reinforcement Concrete (bearing pedestal) Cutting with Diamond Sawing as per cutting plan,lifting,shifting and handling the cut blocks. For R.C.C old bearing pedestal

Supplying and application of chemical for rebar anchoring by using ETA~approved for seismiccriteria in rebar onnection, Including drilling hole to the~required depth by rotary hammer drill,cleaningwith brush& jet of clean air, filllng resin and hardener using serrated nozzle to eliminate mixing error and In"... a voldlessmanner ncluding charges for all tools & plants. Applicationto be designedfor rebars as per ECZ/TR023 or relevant tested and accepted design IS ~guidelinesand the design document to be furnished by the manufacturer.The chemicalshould have ETAapprovalfor seismic criteriaof rebarfixing which ~ should be furnished by manu/Octurer. The installation and the setting ... instructionsshould be strictlyfollowed as per manufacturer'sspecificationsas .!:j~-approved by EICprior to drilling. The existing concrete member should be scanned using rebar scanner to avoid hitting existing reinforcement in concrete Cost o/rebar with rebar chemical for 20mm dia per cm of depth considering 16 nosAnchoring bolt for each bearing Total nos. of bearing 28 otal no. of Anchoring bolt = 28 x 16 = 448

M.S. structural works in columns, beams etc. with simple rolled structural members (e.g. joists, angle, channel sections conforming to IS: 226, IS: 808 & SP (6)- 1964 connected to one another with bracket, gussets, cleats as per design, direction of Engineer-in charge complete including cutting to requisite shape and length,fabrication with necessary bolting, metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816- 1969 & IS: 1995 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 2004, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. The rate includes the cost of rolled steel section,consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charge of all tools and plants and labour required for the work including all incidental chages such as electricity charges, labour insurance charges etc. Payment to be made on the basis of calculated weight of structural members only in finished work as per IS specified weight. Payment for gusset, bracket, cleat, rivets, bolts and nuts may be make by adding the actual weight of such items with the weight of finished structural members or 7% of weight for finished structural members weighing not less than 22.5 Kg. / m. or 15 % of weight for finished structal members weighing less than 22.5 Kg. / m. may be increased allow for bracket, cleat, rivet, bolts and nuts etc. and no seperate payment being made for these items, as per direction of Engineer In Charge. The rates are considered for a height of erection 8m. / 2nd floor level from the ground. Add 1.5% extra over the rate for each additional floor or 4m. beyond initiial 8m. or part thereof For built up sections / srtuctural members of specified sections weighing not less than 22.5 Kg./m

Labour for hoisting and placing in proper position (up to 1st floor level) departmental R.S. joists, channels, angles. Tees, plates etc.including fitting and fixing same with bolts and nuts, if necessary (but excluding cost of such bolts and nuts)

Loading in to trucks at the lifting point, unloading at destination, stacking properly in go downs or yard etc. as directed including carriage by head load up to a lead of 50.00 m at each of the two points

Quantity same as weight of temporary ramp to return it in Departmental Stack Yard.

Supplying fitting and fixing in position true to line and level cast steel spherical / cylindrical type bearing as per design of the bearing to be done in compliance with data sheet vide annexure-I with all accessories as required and including cost of all materials ,taxes ,carriage installation and testing for Gouranga Setu at 10.50 km. on Krishnagar nabadwip Dham Road under Nadia Highway Division No I in the district of Nadia during the year 2024-25.
