10 KVA, single phase, oil cooled type auto/manual servo voltage stabilizer having unbalanced 115-289 V input voltage and 230 V (± 1%) output voltage, with U/V,O/V,O/L protection with MCB at output side & input MCCB , Ammeter, Bell etc. as per IE Rules and as per technical specification. Supply, delivery and fitting-fixing of 230 volt 1200 mm sweep AC ceiling fan with ball bearing complete with all accessories such as blade, canopy, fork, down rod etc. Make :- As per approved vendor list of PHED vide no. PHE/IV/2277/W-181/19 dated 25.09.2019 on wall inside the pump house.

230 V MCC cum PDB (1-3 HP with DOL, Direct Online starter) with minimum 2 mm thickness and degree of protection IP-54, conforming to IS-8623 with suitable Bus bar, Digital Voltmeter Ammeter, Contactor, delay timer, MCB, Valve Actuator, starter etc. with PLC logic as detailed in attached technical specification. (Make :- As per approved vendor list of PHED vide no. PHE/IV/2277/W-181/19 dated 25.09.2019 with latest amendments.)

10 Amp,10 kA, 240/415V, 50 Hz SPN MCB conforming to IS / IEC: 60898-1, "C" characteristics. Make :- As per approved vendor list of PHED vide no. PHE/IV/2277/W-181/19 dated 25.09.2019 with latest amendments.

Installation of item Making brick built foundation with supplying of all required materials suitable for installation of the above Voltage stabilizer by (4:1) cement mortar including holding down foundation bolts (If required) and plaster with neat cement finish as per direction of E.I.C.

(d) Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 25 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required.Length of busbar is 0.5 mtr.

Installation & commissioning of above chlorinator pump set and drawing of power line by supplying necessery wire and continuous earthing connected to auto manual panel. This includes the cost of making necessary brick foundation base with neat cement finish by supplying all required materials and testing the entire set as per direction of EIC.

Supplying and fixing of compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of cable (as in item no. 1) all complete as per direction of E.I.C.

Laying of cable (as in item no. 1) on wall/surface incl. S & F of MS saddles with earthing attachment in 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire, making holes etc. as necy. mending good damages and painting all complete as per direction of E.I.C.

Supply and delivery of following material at site:- For newly constructed pump house of T/W No-I 1.1 KV Grade 415 V, 2 core 10 sq.mm. PVC sheathed XLPE insulated Al. armoured cable conforming to IS:7098 (PART-1) 2011 with latest amendmends as applicable. Make :- As per approved vendor list of PHED vide no. PHE/IV/2277/W-181/19 dated 25.09.2019 with latest amendments.

LED street light luminarie IP 66 LM6-HPDC Housing Street light aerodynamically designed with better thermal management/ Potted driver is to be provided,the luminaire and housing should be from the same manufacturer(cat no- BRP052 LED 045 CW SLMR FG S1 PSU GR/equivalent ,System Efficacy greater than 100 lumen/watt) Make-Philips OR Equivalent and same techinal specification of Havells.The manufacturer has to provide LM79/LM80 reports corresponding to the luminaire/LED Chip respectively along with type test Certificates. The luminaire manufacturer should have an in house NABL Accredited testing facility.

6 way SP&N Double Door horizontal Distribution Board (I/C 2 + O/C 4) conforming to IS 13032 & IS 8623 and IP42/43. Make :- As per approved vendor list of PHED vide no. PHE/IV/2277/W-181/19 dated 25.09.2019 with latest amendments.

63 Amp, 240/415 V Porcelain fuse unit (Base & Bridge) Make :- As per approved vendor list of PHED vide no. PHE/IV/2277/W-181/19 dated 25.09.2019 with latest amendments..

(a) Earthing with 50 mm ISI mark medium diameter G.I. pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3Mtr. (10ft.) long and 1 x 4 SWG G.I. wire (4Mtr.long) 13 mm diameter x 80mm (3inch) long G.I. Bolts, double nuts, washer including S & F of 15mm diameter G.I. pipe protection (1 Mtr. Long) to be filled with bitumen partly below ground level to an average depth of 3.65Mtr.(12ft.) below the ground level and restoring the surface duly rammed. i) For soft soil by ISI Medium GI pipe.

Fixing only 63 Amps on load Change over switch on angle Iron Frame on suitable postion on wall inside the pump house with making holes by S & F of nut ,bolts washers etc. as neccessery including mending good damages & painting all complete as per direction of EIC.

(b) Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos. 12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe.

(e) Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar including S & F of 20 mm x 6 mm galvanised (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddles as required and connection to equipments incl. drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc. all complete as per direction of E.I.C.

Installation of the above panel board at proper location on wall inside the pump house by supplying and fitting fixing of required nos. of angle, fastners, nuts-bolts-washers in the wall with cement plaster complete and making double earthing arrangement by drawing suitable length 8 SWG G.I. wire from earth bus.

Making internal wiring/electrification of the Pump house by (2x 22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) + 1x 22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) single core PVC insulated multistrand FRLSH Grade flexible copper wire through 20 mm PVC conduit pipe/casing by supplying one no. 40 Amp, 10kA, 240/415V,50 Hz SPN/DP MCB Isolator conforming to IS / IEC: 60947-3, "C" characteristics. (As per approved vendor list of PHED vide no. PHE/IV/2277/W-181/19 dated 25.09.2019 with latest amendments) with required module PVC Board & piano key type switch. (ave. run 6 mtr). i) LED Tube set point- 2 nos., Bulk Head light point- 1 no., 5 pin 6 Amps. Plug point- 1 no., 16 Amp socket & switch- 1 no, indicator- 1 no. each, with necy. earthing arrangement & one fan point (Total point 6 nos. points) including drawing power by suitable gauge (2.5 mm2) of copper wire from installed cut-out to SPN/DP MCB within DB through 20 mm PVC casing capping (precision make) as per direction of EIC (fittings should be of Philips make & wiring should be with continuous earthing arrangement and 20 W two nos. 4 ft long LED tube light sets PHILIPS Astra Line, one no. bulk head (Endura WT202W LED6S NW PSU S2 PC), one no. 0-4 step fan regulator (Humfree), fittings etc to be supplied by agency).

Chlorination system with all equipment and accessories as per following specification:- 1 no. dosing pump of capacity 0-100 lit/hr. max. discharge and 10 Kg/cm². pressure max with Motor 0.5 HP, 1 Ph, 50Hz, 220 Volt, 1440 rpm, TEFC cooling motor, base plate rate adjustment device etc. ii. 100 litre HDPE dosing tank for storing of chlorine solution. iii.
