Student's Works Station: Providing, fabricating and placing 10 Seater linear workstation (as per sample/picture) of worktop 25mm thick pre laminated particle board grade II Type II conforming to IS: 12823:1990. The side edges of worktop shall be lipped with minimum 2.0 mm thick PVC edge banding. The back side of main desk work stop shall be glued with balancing laminate of minimum thickness 0.6mm at and the height of writing surface from the ground level 750mm. The edges of the panels shall be provided with minimum 2.0 mm thick PVC edge banding. Work surface desk shall be 1200mm X 600mm X 750mm (D) made of 25 mm thick pre-laminated particle board as per IS 12823. 1200mm height tile based CRCA partition shall be overall 60-70mm thick Partition for Work Station with aluminum curved top/end trim and universal post with PVC/aluminum caps. Top tiles finish with 9mm thick pre-laminated tiles. All tiles will be snap fitted. Snap fitted metal Raceway at the skirting with two module power point for Lan and voice for n/w facia and on above the table top for power cutout (6 module switch and socket). Detail of different fittings and CRCA components of partition will be as per sample/drawing. Fixed type standing Pedestal unit with 2 filing drawer size 380(W)X 430(D)x 525(H). The drawer top, and side panels including the drawer fascias is made out of 18mm pre-laminated particle board (PLB), the back of the drawer unit is made from 9mm PLB. The units are assembled by knockdown fittings such as Minifix & dowels. The drawers are mounted on rollers slides to enable smooth operation of the drawer. The pedestals shall have central locking mechanism. The ”C” type SS handles etc. shall be as per manufacturer's specification with all expose edges sealed with 2 mm thick PVC edge banding and unexposed edges sealed with 0.8mm PVC banding tape pressed with hot melt glue (IS:848)on special machine . The inner drawer is made of 0.6mm CRCA Steel duly powder coated and has proper locking arrangement with two top drawer sliding on nylon roller channel and lower filling drawer on telescopic channel, make preferably of hettich / Ebco or equivalent. The pedestal drawer is mounted on adjustable levelers. The manufacturer should be having certifications like; BIFMA, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007.
