Gravity Sewerage Main: Supply and Delivery at site of Double Wall Corrugated (with external annular corrugation and smooth internal walls) High Density Polythelene pipes conforming to IS 16098(Part II):2013 having stiffness class of SN & with Ring Stiffness not less than 8.0 KN/Sqm. and Impact Resistance TIR value not more than 10% including necessary jointing materials with all types of Specials like Tee, Cross, Bends , Reducers , MJ Collar, End cap, tail piece etc. for non-pressure underground sewerage works including transportation, loading unloading and stacking at site thereafter Laying of pipelines with all other associated works including earth work in excavation in trenches, shoring (if necessary) of adequate width having minimum depth to keep the top surface of pipe 1.10M below of the existing ground level in any kind of soil mixed with boulder, metal crust, concrete pavement, any road sub-grade and its flank etc., dewatering the trenches, preparing the bottom surface of the trenches for continuous bedding including sand filling (if necessary) or over ground installation to cross ditches etc. supported with RCC pillars as & when necessary and fitting, fixing, jointing (all types of joints) valves, specials etc. as per requirement, in position, lowering & laying of pipes specials valves carefully in trenches maintaining proper levels and alignment jointing including filling of excavated trench in all respect including cost of joiting materials etc, constructing Manhole chamber in different sizes for small road where light traffic run and for main road where heavy traffic run as per deptt.approved drawing with 25cm thick brick work (1:6) over cement concrete (4:2:1) over a single B/F soling over150mm.thick sand filling in foundation including earth work in excavation and disposal of excess earth from work site with RCC (1:1.5:3) cover slab 100mm / 150mm thick slab on top of chamber with 1% reinforcement in RCC cover slab with necessary opening for operation , filling of the trenches with excavated materials, consolidating the same in layers, guarding trenches with temporary bamboo railing for safety where necessary, emergency horizontal auger boring ( for roads other than NH & SH) where necessary, removing the surplus materials from site including all labour charges, tools and plants, hydraulic pressure testing, cleaning and disinfection of pipes etc. along with Temporary Road Restoration for Bituminous and Concrete Road with 150mm excavated soil filling and ramming, 250mm sand filling in layers inundating each layer with water packing and ramming to the desired level of compaction, Brick Flat Soling with picked jhama bricks, WBM Sub base 75mm thick by consolidating jhama metal/laterite chelly or stone metal/shingles of specific size in hard crust to requisite thickness in layers and construction of sub base using 1st class brick aggregate and sand in proportion of 60:40, Permanent Bituminous Road Restoration with Laying 50 mm thick Bituminous Macadam of specified grade using Hot Mix Plant (HMP) and using approved aggregates conforming to specified grading and bitumen over prepared surface, including carrying the hot premixed materials by means of tipper truck, spreading, the mixed material at specified laying temperature over the prepared surface, Providing and applying tack coat using Cationic bituminous emulsion of approved grade, Providing, laying and rolling of Open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm (@ 0.018 m³ per m²) and 11.2 mm (@ 0.009 m³ per m²) size stone aggregates complete in all respect and after satisfactory completion, 3(three) months trial run and thereafter (subsequently) 5 (five) years of operation & maintenance including 5 (five) years of defect liability period as per latest IS specifications, Bid documents and direction of EIC. Submission of complete detailed drawing after execution of work showing position of different types of valves, fittings/specials sluice valve chamber with locationas per direction and satisfaction of EIC.  N.B. i) Manufacturer's test certificate for DWC-HDPE pipe & specials to be produced before laying of pipe line. ii) 3rd party inspection of DWC-HDPE pipe & specials to be done by CIPET/SGS/NTH Kolkata or as per direction of EIC as per approved vender list. iii) )DWC-HDPE pipes for the works to be supplied as per approved vendor list and as per direction & satisfaction of EIC. No pipes will be allowed beyond recommendated vendor list. iv) Any deviation from required clear cover of 1.10mtr.due to site adverse condition, prior permission is to be obtained from EIC and payment for such work will be made on prorate basis over the rate of entire item. i. 300mm dia (internal) - Stretch B

Planning, Designing, Construction and Commissioning of 5.58 MLD capacity Pumping Station besides Kathpole Bridge, Gauranganagar, Kestopur (M-30 grade and Conforming to IS : 3370-2009 & Other relevent Codes) with Wet Well, Electrical Substation and all required Electrical & Mechanical Works including 2 sts of Submersible Pump haqving a head discharge characteristic of 116 m3/hr, 2 sets of Submersible Pump haqving a head discharge characteristic of 233 m3/hr and 1 set of Submersible Pump haqving a head discharge characteristic of 523 m3/hr along with new column pipes, shafts, sleeves, guide spiders, discharge head, motor stool, pressure gauge, valves, EOT Crane, Level Sensor, Transformer, LT Panel, DG Set, Cables, Earthing System, Lighting Arrangements, Steel Fabrication Works, Fire Extinguisher, Exhaust Fan, Automatic Scrrener, Penstalk Gate, HT Panel etc. complete in all respect with Retaining wall/boundary wall, drainage system, internal roads, compound lighting and other allied works and after satisfactory completion, 3(three) months trial run and thereafter (subsequently) 5 (five) years of operation & maintenance including 5 (five) years of defect liability period as per latest IS specifications, Bid documents and direction of EIC. The Agency shall have to prepare the entire design and drawings both for hydraulic as well as Structural Engineering Drawing, General Arrangement Drawing (GAD) for Civil and Electro-Mechanical works and the same shall be vetted from recognized Institution / University i.e., IIT (Kharagpur)/Jadavpur University/IIEST Shibpur (Formerly BESU) as per direction of the Chief Engineer & Executive Engineer of BMC, necessary cost of which shall be borne by the contractor. Six (06) sets of each final drawings and design along with soft copy shall be submitted to the vetting Institute as well as to the TIA. The vetting institute will finally vet the design and drawing incorporating observations of TIA if any.

N.B. i) Manufacturer's test certificate for DI-K9 pipe & DI specials to be produced before laying of pipe line. ii) 3rd party inspection of DI-K9 pipe & DI specials to be done by approved Institution as per direction of EIC as per approved vender list. iii) )DI-K9 pipe & DI specials for the works to be supplied as per approved vendor list and as per direction & satisfaction of EIC. No pipes will be allowed beyond recommendated vendor list. iv) Any deviation from required clear cover of 1.00mtr.due to site adverse condition, prior permission is to be obtained from EIC and payment for such work will be made on prorate basis over the rate of entire item. Planning, Designing, Construction and Commissioning of Pipe Carrying Bridge over Concrete Piers with suitable foundation for carrying pipe line complete in all respect with Retaining wall, bank protection and other allied works complete in all respect and after satisfactory completion, 3(three) months trial run and thereafter (subsequently) 5 (five) years of operation & maintenance including 5 (five) years of defect liability period as per latest IS specifications, Bid documents and direction of EIC. The Contractor has to prepare detailed design and drawing after required soil exploration test and get the same vetted by any reputed Institution like IIT(KGP), Jadavpur University/BESU etc before taking approval from the Chief Engineer/EIC of BMC for execution.

Pipe crossing of existing roads by HDD Method (Trenchless Technology) by Supplying, Lowering and Laying of required dia E.R.W.M.S. Pipe at through required dia. & thickness of MS casing pipe across and underneath the Road at appropriate depth below from road top surface , Supply of required dia M.S. Flange (slipper type) as per IS-6392 Table-17, thickness- as per requirement, Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches or drains in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including necessary trimming the sides of trenches Levelling, Dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required, Rubber gasket joints to Pipes and Specials all complete to make the joint water tight at required as per specification, Flange joint C.I/D.I/M.S. pipes and specials including supply of rubber guskets, nuts, bolts, washer etc. of best quality to make the jint watertight at required hydraulic pressure, supply of M.S Plate including carriage, loading, unloading & stacking at site, Gas cutting of M.S. pipes and/or plates, Field welding of M.S. plates by means of electric arc welding as per relevant I.S. specification using standard electrodes including edge preparation and charges of deployment of electric generation set with fuel, lubricant and all other tools and plants, Lowering, fitting and fixing of all types of valves in proper position and alignment using chain pully block or crane (for diameter above 250 mm) by providing temporary support, as required, gaskets nuts & bolts etc., Derusting, scraping, brushing and cleaning (to the extent of exposing the original surface) the outer surface of manufactured M.S. pipes and specials, applying first coat of synthetic primer Type-B as per IS : 15337 : 2003 of approved make over it and wrapping the same with coal tar based insulating tape 2 mm thick as per IS : 15337 : 2003 of approved make and applying the second coat of synthetic primer Type - B (as specified above) over the first layer of insulating tape and wrapping the same with second layer of 2 mm thick coal tar based insulating tape (as specified above) in staggered pattern (including overlapping at ends) by torching etc. as per manufacturer's specification, Removal of rubbish, earth etc. From the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with the Municipal/ Corporation Rules for such disposal complete in all respect including road restoration, shifting of minor utilities & ancillary works and after satisfactory completion, 3(three) months trial run and thereafter (subsequently) 5 (five) years of defect liability period as per latest IS specifications i/c IS 12288-1987(latest edition), Bid documents and direction of EIC. Preperation of Drawing & Design for Driving Pit and Reception Pit for Jack Push under NH/ Expressway/Road at desired depth and other necessary paper correspondence as per requirement of the concerned Authority and getting the approval of the same by the competent authority for the proposed Jack Push work in cluding all cost of materials and the charges for jack pushing raised by NH/ Expressway/Road, if any. i. 10 mm thick 600 mm dia M.S carrier pipe (Sewerage Gravity Main Line) by jack pushing Technique through 12 mm thick 900 mm dia. Planning, Designing, Construction and Commissioning of 7.50 MLD capacity Sewage Treatment Plant based on Sequential Batch Reactor Process/Cyclic Activated Sludge Technology (C-Tech) at Jatragachi (M-30 grade and Conforming to IS : 3370-2009 & Other relevent Codes) with Stilling Chamber, Fine Sreening Channels, De-gritting, SBR/Cyclic Activated Sludge Process comprising of Biological Selector Zone, Oxygen Uptake Rate Control, Co-current Nitrification & De-Nitrification, Phosphorus Removal, Decanter Assembly in Stainless Steel, Air Blowers, Diffusers & Aeration Grid, Submersible Pumps For Sludge Recycle (RAS) and Sludge Wasting (SAS), PLC for complete aotomatic cycle control and operation with all Primary Treatment Units, SBR System, Chlorination System, Sludge Dewatering System with Service water pumps & Motors, piping, valves etc , Electrical Substation and all required Electrical & Mechanical Works complete in all respect with Land Development, Retaining wall/boundary wall, drainage system, internal roads, compound lighting and other allied works and after satisfactory completion, 3(three) months trial run and thereafter (subsequently) 5 (five) years of defect liability period as per latest IS specifications, Bid documents and direction of EIC. The Agency shall have to obtain prior approval in respect of brand and specification from TIA before supplying of the equipment.

Supply, Delivery and Commissioning of Truck mounted GPS tracking enabled 8000 Litre Water Sprinkler including RTO Charges of approved and reputed Brand and standard specifications and supply 3(three) months trial run and thereafter (subsequently) 5 (five) years of defect liability period as per latest IS specifications, Bid documents and direction of EIC. The Agency shall have to obtain prior approval in respect of brand and specification from TIA before supplying of the equipment.

The Agency shall have to obtain prior approval in respect of brand and specification from TIA before supplying of the equipment.

Utility shifting and ESAMP works

Operation and maintenance of the Interception & Diversion Structure and all Pipelines (Gravity & Pumping Main) including supplying all sundry materials and replacement of all types of damaged component etc. along with guarding arrangement by engaging skilled/semi skilled labour etc. as per the requirement complete in all respect as per Bid document and direction of EIC.
