Paint on M.S. works (M.S. sheet pile, M.S. shutter, M.S. Tube etc.) with inter tuff of equivalent anticorrosive bituminous paint of approved make and brand over a coat of red lead primer including removing old scales and rust and cleaning the surface properly with emery paper be for application of paint on all steel work (exterior ) – Two coats.

Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc.(This item is applicable to new work or old work when the original surface has been exposed by removal of old paint.)

Provide and paint with best quality synthetic enamale paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface if necessary. Two coats (with any shade except white) on steel surface.With hi-gloss of approved quality

Supply, fit and fix G.I. pipes of TATA make with all necessary accessories, specials viz. socket, bend, tee, union, cross, elbo, nipple, longscrew, reducing socket, reducing tee, short piece etc. fitted with holder bats clamps, including cutting pipes, making threads, fitting, fixing etc. complete in all respect including cost of all necessary fittings as required, jointing materials and two coats of painting with approved paint in any position above ground. (Payment will be made on the centre line measurements of total pipe line including all specials. No separate payment will be made for accessories, specials.) Dismantling all types of plain cement concrete works, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. in ground floor including roof.Upto 150 mm. thick

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75m. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete. i) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1.5 m.

ii) Depth of excavation for additional depth beyond 1.5 m and up to 3 mt but requiring shoring.

Fill in foundation or plinth by silver sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm as directed and consolidating the same by thorough saturation with water, ramming complete including the cost of supply of sand. (Payment to be made on measurement of finish quantity)

Dismantle all types of masonry excepting cement concrete plain or reinforced, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. In ground floor including roof.

Dismantling R.C. floor, roof, beams etc. including cutting rods and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. including stacking of steel bars in ground floor including roof.

The rate includes the cost of rolled steel section, consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charge of all tools and plants and labour required for the work including all incidental chages such as electricity charges, labour insurance charges etc. Payment to be made on the basis of calculated weight of structural members only in finished work as per IS specified weight. Payment for gusset, bracket, cleat, rivets, bolts and nuts may be make by adding the actual weight of such items with the weight of finished structural members or 7% of weight for finished structural members weighing not less than 22.5 Kg. / m. or 15 % of weight for finished structal members weighing less than 22.5 Kg. / m. may be increased allow for bracket, cleat, rivet, bolts and nuts etc. and no seperate payment being made for these items, as per direction of Engineer In Charge. The rates are considered for a height of erection 8m. / 2nd floor level from the ground. Add 1.5% extra over the rate for each additional floor or 4m. beyond initiial 8m. or part thereof. Labour for driving Sal-bullah / Eucalyptus bullah piles by monkey in sorts of soil including hoisting and placing piles in position, protecting the pile head with iron ring and cutting and shaping heads before and after driving and including hire and labour for necessary driving appliances and all tackles. (i) 100mm diameter [Payment to be made on the length driven into the ground, diameter of the measured at 1.5m. from the thicker end.]

Supplying Sal-bullah piles at work site, including dressing and making one end pointed (i) 100mm diameter.[Diameter of pile to be measured at a distance of 1.5m from the thicker end.]

Labour for fitting and fixing 10 cm. to 13cm. diameter sal bullah as ties and runners including necessary nails, bolts and nuts.

Supplying empty Cement bags in good condition.

Filling empty Cement bags with dry earth or sand, stitching the bag (cost of thread included) and carrying and placing them in position and all incidental charges complete but excluding cost of sand and gunny bags.

Provide and fixing 40mm. internal dia PVC Pipes with the pile reinforcement cage (Oriplast PVC 1120 conforming to ASTMD 1785 or equivalent), for conducting Cross Hole Ultrasonic Monitor (CHUM), test in two diametrically opposite directions inside the driven piles before concreting. Providing Bored Cast-in-situ R.C.C. pile in position as per specifications in all kinds of soil including cost of boring using drilling mud to stabilize the bore and flushing the bore of excess mud with freshly prepared drilling fluid by using pumps prior to placing concrete by tremie pipe in one continuous operation and including the cost of all materials and labour for placing of concrete and also including the cost of mobilization and hire charges of all equipment necessary for boring, welding of reinforcement cage as necessary and lowering of reinforcement cage, preparation and placing of concrete, including the cost of including the cost of concrete but excluding the cost of reinforcement and labour for bending binding etc. complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications and removal of excavated earth with all lifts and lead upto 1000 m. Work to be executed as per IS: 2911 (Part II Sec 2).(b) Using hydraulic piling Rig i) Pile diameter - 1000 mm.

Supplying ready mixed concrete of M 30 Grade with well graded stone chips of 20 mm nominal size containing designed quality of cement per cum of wet concrete produced in computerised batching plant under controlled condition using approved super plastisizer,designing concrete mix following I.S 10262 and i.s 456,transporting the mix with agitation in transit mixer to work site depositing the mix on a platform erected for the purpose at required levels of concreting and then placing the mix in its final location of formwork,compacting and curing the same complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge including computerised batching plant transit mixer with all accessories vibrators etc.inclusive of all other incidental charges in this connection complete but excluding cost of hire charge of platform and its supporting staging which would be paid through seperate item.[cement to be supplied by the Manufacturer/supplier]in ground floor and foundation without approved concrete pump.
