Cleaning of floating materials / garbage / any other foul materials from incoming sewer of drainage pumping station / adjoining penstock gate / open Nikashi / Lock Gate at Canal etc. by mathor labour after removing concrete slab / manhole cover etc. without damaging the same and refixing the same properly after cleaning as necessary and removing the sludge etc. by using iron pans, buckets including all labour, tools & plants including expulsion of impure / inflammable / asphyxiating gases from the drains etc. and removing the spoils in dry condition and disposing the same by truck beyond the area of Municipal Corporation / municipality / Notified Area Authority / Industrial Township Authority etc. for such disposal including the cost of loading, unloading, transportation and making arrangement of necessary land for disposal, spreading and leveling as necessary etc. and cleaning the road side in all respects, complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-Charge. (Land for disposal to be arranged by the contractor).(Payment will be made on the basis of actual stack measurment of spoils in dry condition at roadside) (Length-8m,Breadth-7,Depth-0.6m)(L-8m * B-7m * D-0.6m=28 cubic mtr)

Dewatering by pumps including all leads, lifts and making all arrangements of disposal, where continuous flow of water from a source other than natural or ground water is encountered in case of emergency maintenance works related to leakage, breakage and making wet connections. [Note : - In case of any other situation demanding such emergency dewatering. use of this item is to be approved by the Superintending Engineer/Tender Accepting Authority. This item shall be executed on the specific direction duly supported by proper clarification of the E.I.C. who will be satisfied in absolute discretion that such work has not been necessitated due to any natural source of water or any fault of the Contractor (5 HP pump *02 No* 8 Hrs/Day*7 Days=560 HP-Hr)

Cost for repairing of vertical gate shutter of Dam / Barrage including dismentling the damaged portion at lower part (skin plate, horizental/ vertical girder/stifner etc as per IS : 2062 - 2011 /latest revision) not more than 25% of gate hight from bottom by gas cutting and fitting, fixing and fabricated by welding as per direction including cost of Materials, Machinaries , Manpower, Cutting, ligning, nchoring, Welding, Finishing, Consumables, Carriage and all overheads with all leads and lifts complete as per specification (without paintina)Width of Gate shuteer size upto 12 metre

Filling empty Cement bags with dry earth or sand,stitching the bag (cost of thread included) and carrying and placing them in position and all incidental charges complete but excluding cost of sand and gunny bags.

Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc.

Supplying empty Cement bags in good condition.

M.S. Structural works in columns, beams etc. with simple rolled structural members (e.g. joists, angle, channel sections conforming to IS:226, IS:808 & SP (6)-1964 connected to one another with bracket, gussets, cleats as per design, direction of Engineer-in-charge complete including cutting to requisite shape and length, fabrication with necessary bolting, metal arc welding conforming to IS:816-1969 & IS:1995 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814-2004, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. The rate includes the cost of rolled steel section, consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charge of all tools and plants and labour required for the work including all incidental charge such as electricity charges, labour insurance charges etc. (Payment to be made on the basis of calculated weight of structural members only in finished work as per IS specification weight. Payment for gusset, bracket, cleat, rivets, bolts and nuts may be make by adding the actual weight of such items with the weight of finished structural members or 7% of weight for finished structural members weighing not less than 22.5 kg./m. or 15% of weight for finished structural members weighing less than 22.5 kg./may be increased allow for bracket, cleat, rivet, bolts and nuts etc. and no separate payment being made for these items, as per direction of Engineer in charge.The rates are considered for a height for a erection 8m./2nd floor level from the ground. Add 1.5% extra over the rate for each additional floor or 4 m. beyond initial 8 m. or part thereof. (i) For structural members of specified sections weighing less than 22.5 kg./m
