Dismantling all types of plain cement concrete works, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. In ground floor and roof a)upto 150mm thick

Hire and labour charges for shoring work (including necessary close plank walling, framing, jhau / eucalyptus bullah piling, strutting etc.) complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge for foundation Excavation. (vertical surface area in contact with supported earth is to be measured) (This item should be executed on specific direction of the Engineer-in-Charge) a) Depth upto 1.50 m

Dewatering by pumps including all leads, lifts and making all arrangements of disposal, where continuous flow of water from a source other than natural or ground water encountered in case of emergency maintenance works related to leakage ,breakage and making wet connections.( Note: In case of any other situation demanding such emergency dewatering,use this item is to be approved by the superintending Engineer, Tender accepting Authority.This item shall be executed on the specific direction duly supported by proper clarification of the E-I-C who will be satisfied in absolute direction that this correction that such work has not been necessitated due to many natural source of water or any fault of the cotractor.

Supplying, fitting and fixing PVC pipes for underground work of approved make of Schedule 80 (medium duty) conforming to ASTMD -1785 and threaded to match with GI Pipes as per IS : 1239 (Part - I). with all necessary accessories, specials viz. socket, bend, tee, union, cross, elbo, nipple, longscrew, reducing socket, reducing tee, short piece etc. fitted including cost of all materials ,jointing materials, cutting pipes, making threads ,cutting trenches upto 1.5 metre below surface in all sorts of soil and refilling the same as directed complete in all respect. (Payment will be made on the centre line measurement of the total pipe line including all specials No separate payment will be made for accessories, specials.) PVC Pipes (ii) 100 mm dia.

Supply of E.R.W.M.S. (Electrical Resistant Welded M.S.) black pipe of ISI Mark as per relevant IS Specification (heavy quality) having wall thickness not less than 8 mm. [N.B.: The rates for supply of TATA make pipe will be arrived at by adding 20% of the corresponding rates] 200 mm dia

Field welding of M.S. plates by means of electric arc welding as per relevant I.S. specification using standard electrodes including edge preparation and charges of deployment of electric generation set with fuel, lubricant and all other tools and plants all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge (The Engineer-in-Charge shall approve the electrods for arc welding before use) Throat thickness 5 to 6 mm

Sluice valve chamber with C.I. heavy cover with locking arrangement, (weight not less than 25 kg) (size of chamber 450 mm X 600 mm inside upto 900 mm depth) 250 mm thick cement brick walls (6:1), 150 mm thick cement concrete (6:3:1) bed with stone chips, 20 mm thick cement plaster (6:1) for inside wall and 15 mm thick cement plaster (4:1) for outer walls including rounding corners.

Supplying, fitting and fixing Peet's valve fullway gunmetal standard pattern best quality of approved brand bearing I.S.I. marking with fittings (tested to 21 kg per sq. cm.). (i) 100 mm dia.

Box cutting or filling in Road embankment in all sorts of soil including spreading the spoils properly over the flank as necessary or on berm to approximate grade & camber and rolling the sub-grade with power roller to proper camber and grade as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge including uprooting and removing plants and jungles when and where necessary. Filling in foundation or plinth by silver sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm as directed and consolidating the same by thorough saturation with water, ramming complete including the cost of supply of sand. (payment to be made on measurement of finished quantity)

Single Brick Flat Soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand.

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement,if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. (a) Pakur Variety

Neat cement punning about 1.5mm thick in wall,dado,window sill,floor etc. NOTE:Cement 0.152 cu.m per100 sq.m.

Supplying & laying as per IRC-SP:063-2004 paver unit of any shade of approved quality as per relevant IS code, laid in pattern as directed in pavement, footpath, driveway (paver block only), etc including necessary underlay complete in all respect with all labour and material. [Border concrete if necessary to be paid separately]. Note: Sub-grade CBR should not be less than 5. Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering including lighting, guarding, barricading and making necessary earthen bundh of one metre width on each side and preparing the bed by necessary cutting or filling, including cost of all materials and hire and labour charges of all men and machinery and compacting to the required density, as per Clause 404 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). Water Bound Macadam Sub Base Water Bound Macadam Sub Base by consolidating Jhama metal / Laterite chelly or stone metal / shingles of specific size in hard crust to requisite thickness (measured after compaction) in layers including screening of metals etc. as necessary, hand packing, sweeping, watering and rolling in stages with power roller to proper line, grade and camber, lighting, guarding & barricading and making necessary earthen bundh of one metre width on each side where necessary to protect edges and preparing the bed by necessary cutting or filling and rolling all complete including the cost of all materials and hire and labour charges of all men and machineries and compacting to the required density, as per Clause 404 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision (i) For Construction of Sub Base by consolidating Jhama metal (63 mm to 45 mm) with moorum screening .

Tack Coat Providing and applying tack coat with Cationic Bitumen Emulsion of approved grade conforming to IS: 8887-1978 on the prepared surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom, moistening the surface including cost and carriage of emulsion, hire charges of machinery and labour, cost of fuel and lubricants all complete as per Clause 503 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). (i) On Bituminous Surface(Using Bitumen Emulsion at the rate of 0.20 to 0.30 kg per sqm

(ii) On Granular surfaces treated with primer (Using Bitumen emulsion at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm.)

Bituminous Macadam using Mobile Hot Mix Plant (Light Duty) Providing and laying bituminous macadam with Mobile Hot Mix Plant (Light Duty) using approved crushed aggregates of specified grading as per Table 500.7 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site laid over a previously prepared surface at specified laying temperature by means of approved and suitable arrangements to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled with suitable power roller for break down, inter-mediate and finished rolling as per specification to achieve the desired compaction including cost and carriage of stone materials and bitumen, hire charges of machinery and equipment, cost of fuel and lubricants and wages of operational staff, quality control complete as per Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision).B. For Grading 2(19 mm nominal size, 50-75 mm thick.)

Open-Graded Premix Surfacing using Bituminous (Viscosity grade Paving Bitumen / Modified bitumen) Binder and Mobile Hot Mix Plant (Light Duty) Providing, laying and rolling of Open - graded premixsurfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm (@ 0.018 m³ per m²)and 11.2 mm (@ 0.009 m³ per m²) size stone aggregates, including thoroughly cleaning of the surface, screening, cleaning and pre-heating stone chips and fully pre-coating the same either using viscosity grade paving bitumen or cut-back or emulsion, carrying the mixture by any suitable arrangements, laying the mixture uniformly over the surface, including line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in Mobile Hot Mix Plant (Light Duty) and thoroughly rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades including the cost and carriage of stone chips and matrix, heating the matrix, preheating the aggregates to required temperature and including the hire charges of Mobile Hot Mix Plant (Light Duty) and other machinery, pay of operators, cost of fuel and lubricants etc. complete to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B as per Technical Specification Clause 508 for Rural Roads of MORD.

Providing and laying Premixed Seal Coat (Type B) with approved quality sand/grit @ 0.6 m3/ 100 m2 and bitumen binder on thoroughly cleaned black top surface coated with tack coat, including heating and mixing cleaned sand/grit (100 % passing through 2.36 mm sieve and retained on 180 micron sieve) uniformly with bitumen binder, laying and spreading the mix at an uniform rate using suitable means, brushing the surface, if necessary, to ensure uniformity, followed by rolling with power roller including the cost and carriage of binder and aggregates, cost of heating the binder and aggregates and all other incidental charges, cost of fuel and lubricants, including hire charges of machineries, tools & plants required for construction and quality control complete as per Clause 511 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5thRevision).I By Mechanical Means (i) With Hot Bitumen Binder (@ 6.80 kg / 10 sqm.)

Disinfection of water main by filling with water containing bleaching powder of sufficient quantity capable of maintaining a residual chlorine concentration of 10mg/l within the main after a detention period of two hours and flushing the same with fresh water all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in- Charge. [After successful completion of the process, disposal of water and bacteriological testing of sample of flushed out water from the mains should be made at no extra cost (i) 100 mm dia Pipe

Removal of rubbish,earth etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with the Municipal / Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge.
