Dumping in position earth/sand filled gunny/poly bags (capacity 50 kg) within a lead of 30 metre inclusive of all lifts.

Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc. initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing and direction.

Supplying to site empty cement polythene bags (capacity 50kg) in good condition including stacking, incedental charges etc. all complete (capacity 50 kg).

Supplying & laying as per IRC-SP:063-2004 paver unit of anyshade of approved quality as per relevant IS code, laid in pattern as directed in pavement, footpath, driveway (paver block only), etc including necessary underlay complete in all respect with all labour and material. [Border concrete if necessary to be paid separately]. Note: Sub-grade CBR should not be less than 5.(c) 60 mm thick interlocking designer concrete paver block M-35 grade for light-traffic zone,commercial & officecomplex,tourist resort as per IS: 15658-2006 (over 20-40 mm medium sand bed on 250mm thk WBM/ WMM base course & 250 mm thk bound gnaular /granular sub-base course including cost of sand for sand bed but excluding cost of base ,sub-base course & subgrade preparation.)(ii) Coloured Decorative

Removing earth/sand filled poly bags/gunny bags from the channel bed/slope and initially depositing the same near channel bank at a place as directed by the Engineer-in Charge for measurement of Bag. & then disposing off the same at a distance not less than 150 metre from the channel site.

Earthwork in re-excavation / silt clearance in drainage channel in all kinds of soil including sludge, slush mixed with all sorts of industrial wastes and municipal garbages, polypacks, carcasses, small khatal effluents, night soil etc. by mathor labour as may be necessary and depositing the same in places as directed by the Engineer-in-charge , in such a manner, without causing much hindrance to traffic and posing health hazard and making arrangement to maintain the site in workable condition and rough dressing when dry including making arrangement of bailing out of any seepage water and removal of sand or soil blown from underneath, removal of khatal, temporary latrines, clearing and removing all kinds of semi compact masses formed by water hyacinth, jungles up to 30 cm girth, and burning them to ashes or removing outside Government land in conformity with the Municipal rules, including shoring shuttering as required, nicking out lines etc. (Measurement : Pre-work and Post-work level section. Pre- work section to be taken after removal of water hyacinth and all other floating materials etc.) (a) By manual means within an initial lead of 30 M and an initial lift of 1.50 M

Supplying, fitting and fixing in position reinforced cement polymer concrete manhole /gully pit cover with matching frame.As per I.S- 12592(M.D)(i) 35 MT load bearing capacity round manhole cover provided with two lifter hooks fitted with matching frame of size Cover: 700 mm X 100 mm Frame: 910 mm X 185 mm opening: 560mm Weight: 245 kg (approx)

Cess @ 1% on SL No 1 to 14

Disposal / carriage of excavated earth / materials outside Government land by truck or by any other conveyance over kancha / pucca road including making access for plying the truck or any other conveyance beyond 300 m from the excavated point including cost of stacking,loading, unloading, transporting, arrangement of land, if required by agency, spreading and levelling as necessary etc. complete. Measurement : By stacks at loading point after deducting voids as per rule. (This item can only be used after obtaining permission from the concerned Superintending Engineer).

Supplying silver sand as per approved specification and stacked at site.

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes.
