(Payment will be made on the centre line measurements of total pipe line including all specials. No separate payment will be made for accesories, specials. Earthwork in excavation in all kinds of soil for making embankments, repairs to the embankment, closing breaches etc. as per profile including supply and transporting the earth by truck or tractor or any other mechanical means on land , including loading, transporting, unloading and stacking with all lifts bothways and head load where necessary and depositing the same on embankments, clannels, filling depressions in requisite profile, levelling as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge within a lead of,. Labour charges for filling empty cement gunny bag / polythene bag (capacity 50 kg) with all kinds of earth (wet or dry), sand or agreegates(stone / brick) and sewing as done in case of cement bags, (tying with a knot after filling will not be accepted ) , and stacking within a lead of 30 metre as per direction of Engr-in-charge (cost is excluding the cost of any types of filling materials). NB:- Volume of earth/ sand filled bags should not be less than 0.028 cum/ bag.

Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specifications Clause 202 for Rural Roads of MORD. (I) By Manual Means c) Reinforced Cement Concrete

Supplying Jhaw / Eucalyptus bullah piles at work site, including dressing and making one end pointed. i). 15 cm av. Dia (Note: Diameter of pile to be measured at a distance of 1.5m from the thicker end.)

Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing and Technical specification. A) Granular material

Making filter with well graded 40 mm down ballasts and laying uniformly behind weep holes, below pitching on bed, side slopes including supply and carriage of all materials to site including preparing bed with earthwork up to 30 cm depth, where necessary and compacting with wooden malllet after laying to achieve designed section as per direction of the Engineer- in - Charge (measurements will be on finished work / in stack after deducting necessary void).) (b) 1st class brick ballast.

Performing Vertical load test on single Pile in accordance with IS:2911(Part-IV) by hydraulic jacks on pile/piles with 1.5 times the design load including preparation of the head of piles with concrete of required strength for receiving the jacks with all ancillary arrangements for setting up gauges, construction of suitable platforms, keeping the loads and dismantling and removing all arrangement etc. complete as per IS specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. i) Testing load between 100 T and 150 T.

Protective and Decorative Acrylic exterior emulsion paint of approved quality, as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge to be applied over acrylic primer as required. Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam specification including screening of aggregates and granular materials, premixing the material with water at OMC in Wet Mix Plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with Paver in Sub- base / Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density, including supply of all materials, machinery, fuel and lubricants, including incidental costs for lighting, guarding, barricading, making earthen bundh to protect the edges including cost of quality control complete as per Clause 406 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision).

Providing Steel liner for Curbs and 8 mm thick for Steining of Wells including fabricating and setting out as per detailed drawing.

Bailing out water by pump including all leads and lifts and including making all arrangements for disposal, where continuous flow or seepage of water is encountered and rating of pumps and hours of operation is specifically ascertained as per direction of the E-I-C.

Supplying, fitting and placing un-coated HYSD bar reinforcement in different portion of bridge including initial straightening, straightening of coils bars, removal of loose rust (if any), cutting to requisite length bending, binding with annealed wire not less than 1mm in size and conforming to IS 280 at every intersection hooked and bent to correct shape and placed on forms etc. including Cost of steel ,cost of black annealed wire and cost of loading, unloading,carriage of all steel materials complete as per drawing and technical pecifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Tor Steel rods / HYSD bars / TMT bars (SAIL/TATA/RINL) (Fe 415 /Fe 500 /Fe 500D, conforms to IS: 1786). a) In Foundation.

Painting the vertical end faces of posts, wheel guards or railing or parapet with alternate bands of different colours as directed by the Engineer-in-charge with approved synthetic enamel paint. b) Two Coats

Supplying fitting and fixing R.C. guard post 1.37m long with C.C. 1:2:4 with graded stone chips of 13.2mm down casting , curing complete including cost of providing 4nos.of 12mm dia. rod of length 1.54m as main reinforcement and 6 nos. of round shaped 8mm dia rods used as binders; the placing of the first binder should be at 75mm below the top finished surface and the other 5 nos of binders should be placed at 245mm c/c ; the guard post is of octagonal section with inscribed circle of dia 24cm at the base tapering to corresponding dimensions of 16cm at the top including two coats of painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and grade to form 6 nos. orizontal alternate bands in white/ tannery yellow and black to 90 cm length standing up above ground after mending good damages if any during striking off shuttering,making hole in ground of 47cm depth and 30cm. minimum dia, fixing the guard posts in the same holes and repacking the earth properly so as to keep the guard posts standing properly erect in correct position true to line and length including carriage of R. C. Guard Post with due care to the site including loading into the truck and unloading at site complete in all respect. With Pakur variety stone chips

Providing Bored Cast-in-situ M-35 grade R.C.C. pile in position as per specifications in all kinds of soil including cost of boring using drilling mud to stabilize the bore and flushing the bore of excess mud with freshly prepared drilling fluid by using pumps prior to placing ready mix concrete by tremie pipe in one continuous operation and including the cost of all materials and labour for placing of ready mix concrete and also including the cost of mobilization and hire charges of all equipment necessary for concrete, including the cost of ready mix concrete but excluding the cost of reinforcement and labour for bending binding etc. complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications and removal of excavated earth with all lifts and lead upto 1000 m. Work to be executed as per IS: 2911 (Part II Sec 2). boring, welding of reinforcement cage as necessary and lowering of reinforcement cage, preparation and placing of ready mix Concreting of R.C.C. piles to be done by supplying ready mixed concrete of M 35 Grade with well graded stone chips of 20 mm nominal size containing designed quantity of cement per Cu.m of wet concrete produced in computerised batching plant under controlled condition using approved super plastisizer, designing concrete mix following I.S. 10262 and I.S. 456, transporting the mix with agitation in transit mixer to work site depositing the mix on a platform erected for the purpose at required levels of concreting and then placing the mix in its final location of form work, compacting and curing the same complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge including computerised batching plant transit mixer with all accessories vibrators etc. inclusive of all other incidental charges in this connection complete but excluding cost of hire charge of platform and its supporting staging which would be paid through separate item.
