The required prior work experience for the bidder is based on the Pre-Qualification (PQ) eligibility criteria, which requires the bidder to have completed a similar work contract within the last five financial years. Additionally, the gross notional amount calculated from the Credential Certificate (CC) should be at least 30% of the amount put to tender for a single similar work for individual bidders, and for Consortium/JV, the sum of gross notional value of work in respect of the CC of individual entities for works of similar nature should be at least 60% of the amount put to tender. Another value mentioned is that the bidder must have satisfactorily completed at least 1 (one) work of ‘similar in nature’ under Government Sector within last five FYs on the date of publication of this NIT of Gross monitory value of Rs. 76.22 Lakh for individual bidders and Rs. 152.45 Lakh for Consortium/JV. The bidder should also have an average of Gross Annual Turnover of at least Rs. 141.39 Lakhs (30% of the Amount put to Tender) for any three FYs within immediate preceding five FY on the date of publishing of NIT for individual bidders, and for Consortiums or Joint Ventures, this value should be at least Rs. 424.18 Lakhs (90% of the Amount put to Tender). In terms of percentage, the bidder should have completed at least one similar work, but no specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the physical milestones for completion of each work within stipulated time are mentioned. The amount to be withheld in case of non-achievement of milestones is mentioned, and an Additional Performance Security of 10% of the tendered amount is required if the accepted bid price is below 20% of the tender BOQ or below by more than 20% of the tender BOQ. Each constituent of a Consortium or Joint Venture must have at least 20% of the tender value as their individual average of annual turnovers from business in any three financial years within the last five financial years. The tender value ranges from above Rs. 100.00 lakh to Rs 5000.00 lakh.
