For Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract of Pumping System & Motors with electrical starters and valves at IISER Kolkata Mohanpur Campus including all periodic, preventive and breakdown maintenance of all following ratings as mentioned in the detailed scope of work. All necessary items which are part of service/maintenance, such as bearing, impeller, shaft, diffusers, O-rings, cable guard, pressure switch & gauges, strainer, split cone, ring of impeller, spacing washers, Suction interconnector, coupling, strap, Valve seat, ball valve, pressure vessel, chemicals required for cleaning, oil, Grease and flanges, seals, fuses, all rubber and PVC parts all wear and tear items , electrical relay contactors in starter panel etc. will be in the scope of vender. Further, any kind of short circuit of winding, open circuit of rotor, unbalancing of rotor, unbalancing of fan, broken fan blade, varnishing, overheating, bearing replacement, painting, greasing etc as per Scope of Work mentioned in the Tender documents and the vender must replace the spare parts whenever required. Replacements of mechanical/electrical installations shall be made by using lSl certified mateials and parts/instruments shall be of the same model, make & capacity or higher and the cost of replacement shall be done by the vendor.
