Repairing of Outdoor feeder panel situated near Athletic ground with following work schedule a. supply & installation 1 nos make 250 A 4 pole 36KA MCCB as incoming feeder inplaced of damaged incoming feeder b. Supply & installation of 8 nos. 40 A 4 pole 25KA MCCB as out gong feeders c. Changing of 8 nos. 40A 4 way stud type terminals of connectwell make for respctive out going feeders d. Replacing common Aluminum bus bar with 250 A proper sleevings as per requirement. e Cleaning of inner portion of the panel with proper clening agents f. Dressing of cables and connection of incoming cables to in coming feeder g. Repairng of Doors of the panel h. Painting of feeder pillar after scrubbing the rust from feeder pillar with one coat of red oxide primer (of approved make, and brand) incl. preparation of surface by sand paper/emery paper, cleaning etc. and after that painting with two coats synthetic enamel paint (of approved make, and brand ) inner & outer side part of panel supply of all materials, labour and T&P, matching with existing color feeder pillar etc. as directed by the engineer-in charge complete in all respect. Laying of one number XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of 3.5 C x 240 sq mm size in the existing cable tray OR existing masonry duct OR wall surface with suitable arrangement of clamp/saddle as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass double compression gland & aluminum socket for XLPE aluminum conductor armoured cable of 3.5 C X240 sq.mm of 1.1 KV grade as required. Make: Comet, Dowells, Connect well

Laying of one number 1.1 KV grade , XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed Armoured power cable of 3.5Cx 240 sqmm size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required. Bidder should note that the quoted rates must be inclusive of cutting ,cleaning and removal of unwanted grass bushes, creepers small plants/trees, throughout the running length area during respective cable laying, as per the requirement and as per the direction of the Engineer In-Charge . Any Kind of tools, tackles, materials, labour, cartage etc, involvement required is under scope of the bidder and no additional payment will be made for that.

Supplying and fixing cable route marker with 10 cm X 10 cm X 5 mm thick G.I. plate with inscription there on, bolted /welded to 35 mm X 35 mm X 6 mm angle iron, 60 cm long and fixing the same in ground as required. Make-Reputed

Horizontal Installation of pipe 150 mm GI pipe as per BS1387 below the road at a depth of minimum 450 mm as per soil condition for crossing the cable and back filling of excavated area with cement concrete of Grade 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) complete with leveling, finishing etc. and also laying of 3.5 C X240 sq mm Aluminum armoured cable through this laid pipe ,as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Cement: Ultratek, Birla, ACC, Ambuja or equivalent GI Pipe Make :-Shyam steel/SRMB/Jai Balaji/ Electro steel or equivalent Bidders may note that if any other services like pipe line of Chiller, water pipe, HT/LT cable get damage due to this pipe laying work, same will be repaired/changed by the bidder. Quoted rates must be inclusive of cutting of horizontal trench in the both side of road for smooth crossing of pipe below the road and refilling of that cutting /damaged( inclusive cutting at the both adjacent side of road) area of the road with proper dressing will be totally under Bidder's scope without any additional price involvement.
