Loading, unloading & transporting precast fabricated slab and placing them in proper position etc. complete as per direction of EIC.

M.S. structural works in columns, beams etc. with simple rolled structural members (e.g. joists, angle, channel sections conforming to IS: 226, IS: 808 & SP (6)- 1964 connected to one another with bracket, gussets, cleats as per design, direction of Engineer-incharge complete including cutting to requisite shape and length, fabrication with necessary bolting, metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816- 1969 & IS: 1995 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 2004, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. The rate includes the cost of rolled steel section, consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charge of all tools and plants and labour required for the work including all incidental chages such as electricity charges, labour insurance charges etc. III) For built up sections / srtuctural members of specified sections weighing not less than 22.5 Kg./m

(A) Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary : (b) On steel or other metal surface : With super gloss (hi-gloss) - (iv) Two coats (with any shade except white)

Portable Barricade in Construction Zone: Installation of a steel portable barricade with horizontal rail 300mm wide, 2.5 m in length fitted on a 'A' frame made with 45 x 45 x 5 mm angle iron section, 1.5 m in height, horizontal rail painted (2 coats) with yellow and white stripes, 150 mm in width at an angle of 450, 'A' frame painted with 2 coats of yellow paint, complete as per IRC:SP:55-2001.

Dismantling R.C. floor, roof, beams etc. including cutting rods and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. including stacking of steel bars. (a) In ground floor including roof.

Positioning of a smart flagman with a yellow vest and a yellow cap and a red flag 600 x 600 mm securely fastened to a staff 1 m in length for guiding the traffic .

Repairing of damaged portion of Pedestal by high early strength solvant free epoxy grout etc. complete as per direction of EIC.

Painting with ready mixed red lead paint of approved make and brand : (a) One coat

Removal of rubbish,earth etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with the Municipal / Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge

Mastic Asphalt: Providing and laying Mastic asphalt wearing course with paving grade bitumen meeting the requirements given in table 500-29 using approved coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, filler material and bitumen, prepared by using Mastic cooker including cost and carriage of all ingredients, cost of heating aggregates and binder, mixing in specified proportions conforming to approved Job Mix Formula and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface, compacting, sealing the construction joints and surface finishing conforming to specifications including providing antiskid surface with bitumen pre-coated fine-grained hard stone chipping of 13.2 mm nominal size at the rate of 0.005cum per 10 sqm and at an approximate spacing of 10 cm center to center in both directions, pressed into surface when the temperature of surfaces not less than 100°C, protruding 1 mm to 4 mm over mastic surface, including the hire charges of all tools and plants and machinery, pay of operators, cost of fuel and lubricants and all other incidental charges and quality control all complete as per Clause 516 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H(5th Revision). - (i) 50mm thickness

Supplying and filling the gaps by PolySulphide sealant etc. all complete asper direction of E.I.C.

Picking up and removing old bituminous layer or sand sealing coat from old black topped surface and cleaning the exposed surface by scraping and stacking the material as directed.

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor) - (c) Steel shuttering or 9 to 12 mm thick approved quality ply board shuttering in any concrete work

Supplying, fitting and fixing in position true to line and level Elastomeric bearing conforming to IRC: 83(Part-II) Section IX and Clause 2005 of MoRT&H specifications complete including all accessories as per drawing and Technical Specifications.
