(i) Engagement of 2 (two) electrician (highly skilled), 1 (one) helper (semi skilled) & 1 (one) helper (unskilled) for day to day checking/maintenance/rectification of the electrical installations to be done by the successful bidder for the work. Minimum labour wages act, labour facilities, E.S.I, P.F, Bonus facilities etc. should be provided to his employee as per latest Govt. Order/Circulars by the successful bidder including an increment of salary at the starting of 2nd year during the contract period as per the latest Circular for minimum rates of wages of Labour Commissionerate, Govt. of WB. (ii) Routine Check-up and Periodic maintenance of LT Panels, luminaries, Pillar Boxes, DBs, Sub- DBs, armoured / un armored cables laid underground / on surface, loop in loop out boxes, circuit wiring, earthing, power line, fuses, MCCBs, MCBs, switches / sockets, Current Transformer, time switch, contactor, selector switch, ammeter, voltmeter, indicating lamp, earth continuity conductor, etc. Cleaning the installations periodically. If the defective accessories are not repairable, the same are to be replaced with new one to be done by the successful bidder. (iii) Repair /maintenance of the accessories of Room Heater, Geyser, Voltage Stabilizer, Glow Sign Board, Decorative indoor lamps, light sets, Ceiling & Exhaust Fan sets, Pedestal Fan, Twin & Single Fluorescent tube sets, calling bell, 5Amps / 15 Amps Plug Point, Switch Boards, Plug Socket, cable, Time Switch, service bracket, sound system of Conference room. If it is not repairable within the stipulated time, the same is to be replaced with new one to be done by the successful bidder.. Replacement of defective Luminaries / accessories of LED lamp, Sodium Vapor Lamp, Mercury Vapour Lamp, Garden Light, Modular Light, Emergency light, CFL Lamp, PL Lamp, Decorative Light Fitting, Halogen Lamp, GLS Lamp, Metal Halide Lamp etc. Repair the accessories of pole, JB, cables, lamps for all street light and wall mounted lamps to be done by the successful bidder.. (v) Record of every observation details in the Maintenance Register. Every emergency maintenance/breakdown calls over telephone/mail/mobile shall be recorded in the register with rectification and disposal details. (vi) All the work mentioned in Scope of Work (page no.16, 17 & 18) of the NIT to be done by the successful bidder.
