Lying stone boulder/stone set edging with rough dressing the boulder, cutting Necessary trenches in all classes of soil or existing road crust and refilling the trenches with spoils, ramming the side and side packing with earthen bundh one metre wide wall complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge Including cost of boulder/stone set.

Hand packed rough dressed stone works with boulders.

Hire and labour charges for Shuttering with or without staging upto 4.0 m height using approved stout props with wooden planks/ply wood/steel sheet plate with required bracing for any kind of plain or reinforced concrete works in all sorts of minor structure including culvert, box culvert, crossdrain etc. The rate is inclusive of fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of work as per specification and direction. (b) Where staging is not required.

Providing and laying Design Mix concrete for plain /reinforced concrete work in any part of bridge (excluding bottom plugging) with coarse aggregates of appropriate nominal size and grading, fine aggregate (sand) conforming toproper grading zone, both of approved quality and cement, as necessary, including labour, cost and carriage of all materials and including preparation of design mix, approval of the same by theEngineer-in-Charge and cost for quality control, sampling, testing etc. all complete but excludingcost of labour and materials for formwork & reinforcement works. (a) M-15 Grade Using concrete mixer.

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in Bridge Super-structure including initial straightening, straightening of coils bars, removal of loose rust (if any), cutting to requisite length bending, binding with annealed wire not less than 1 mm in size and conforming to IS 280 at every intersection hooked and bent to correct shape and placed on forms etc. including cost of black annealed wire and cost of loading, unloading, carriage of all steel materials complete as per drawing and technical specifications.

Rubble masonry in cement mortar (6:1) with hard dressed stones from approved quarries and clean coarse and washed sand including cost and carriage of all materials to site(In road and jhora works.

Plum concrete work with cement 1:3:6 with 30mm down graded stone metal 40% and stone boulders of size 150mm and above placed in position as directed excluding shuttering if any.

Plaster (to wall, Floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground Floor). 15 mm thick (4:1)

Neat Cement punning over plastered surface.

  Spreading and consolidation stone metals of specific sizes and hard crust to requisite thickness(measured after compaction) in layers including screening type aggregates as necessary hand packing after spreading in uniform thickness, rolling with power roller in stages to proper grade and camber spreading and and sweeping requisite type and quantity of screening materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregates, applying binding materials as directed, watering etc. and lighting guarding barricading and making necessary earthen bundh of one metre width on each side where necessary to protect edges and preparing the bed by necessary cutting filling and rolling all complete including the cost of all materials and hire and labour charges of all men and machineries and as per specification and direction of Engineer-in –charge including cost of stone materials and screenings.

Providing and applying Tack coat using bituminous emulsion of approved grade conforming to IS 8887-1978 over pre-heated suirface including cleaning of surface with mechanical broom, moistering the surface applying tack coat including cost and carriage of emulsion hire charges of machineries and labour Cost of fuel and lubricant all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Laying 20mm thick premixed carpet (open grade) using 1.8m3 of 13.2mm size and 0.9m3 of 11.2mm size stone aggregate per 100m2 of surface including thorough Cleaning of the surface applying tack coat screening cleaning and preheating stone Chips and fully the mixture by tipper trucks or any other suitable arrangements within a distance of 20kms and alying the mixture uniformly over the surface with paver finisher Including annual operations as and when required for proper level, grade and Camber thoroughly rolling by power roller including the cost and carriage of stone chips and Matrix preheating the aggregates to required temperature.

Laying premixed seal coat (type B) using 0.6m3 of grit or sand (passing2.36mm sieve and retained on 180 micron ) per 100sqm. Area including cleaning the surface, pre-heating the grit/sand by Miller mixer @113.5 kg per m3 of grit/sand laying the mixer uniformly over the surface and rolling with roller including the cost and carriage of grit/sand and other costs and charges in this connection.

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry / Plain / Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall / return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V:20H towards drawing face. Complete as per drawingand Technical specifications.

(b) Priming one coat to timber or plastered or steel surface with synthetic enamel oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surface by sand papering etc.

Painting (any shade as directed)with ready mixed oil bond paint or super gloss synthetic enamel(hi-glass)paint or approved make and brand (except red-lead paint aluminium paint and black Japan)including smoothening surface by sand papering etc.a)on timber or plastered surface .ii)2 coats
