After changing release sleeper stacked properly as per direction of site in-charge. Including shifting of lines if required.

Cutting of rail 60/52kg by contractors men & materials.

Trollying ordinary PSC sleeprs

Greasing ERC. This includes opening of ERC leaning of CI insert of metal liners on rail foot liners 18 by means of wire brush, greasing ERC leg inside CI insert and contract surface of rail foot by liners renewal of corroded/teamed/crushed liners, rubber pad and ineffective ERC's and fixing them properly as per IRPWM in all respect. Grease to be supplied by contractor.

Casual renewal of ordinary PSC-Sleeper, the rate includes proper spacing, squaring, packing with proper gauge, cross level and boxing, with renewal of fittings by Railway grease. After changing release sleeper stacked properly as per direction of site in charge.

Stacking of rails from 60kg/52kg

Unloading, spreading, dressing quarry stone dust to the nominated location at site as per direction of PWI at site during day/night time in traffic block period. The rate inclusive of all lead, lift, crossing of line etc as per direction of PWI at site to make the track fit for movement of traffic during and after unloading.

Fabrication & fixing of approach guard rail of standard length as per IRPWM/IRBM including 22 cutting, bending as required to suit approch PSC layout after dismantlimg of existing one as per direction of site in-charge with all consumable materials etc. in all respect (two rail on one approch to be consider as one set). This item includes rate for respacing of PSC sleeper of guard rail on bridge approch with all fittings complete as per direction of engineer in-charge.

Rail cutting by gas cutting etc.

Cleaning jungle including removal of cut or uprooted materials with lead upto 100 m heavy grass shrub...etc.

Through packing of PSC sleepers of normal track as per IRPWM in sequence SEJ, glued joints, 6 bridge approch, LC approch etc. as directed by Engineer In-Charge or his repersentative at site running track with all contractor's labour, tools and plants (In case of glude joints & SEJ the rate will be two times of ordinary PSC sleeper track. In glude joints & SEJ track including approches there is 12 No. sleepers).

Drilling hole in 60/52 kg. rails by contractors men and materials.

Replacement/renewal of elastic rail clips liners and groved rubber pads etc. of concrete sleepers (PSC-12/PSC-14) including greasing of central legs of elastic rail clips and eye of MCI inserts and painting MCI inserts & its contract with rail by Epoxy paint or Polyurathane paint. Extracting of elastic rail clips and other works should be as per guidance of PWI/Incharge or his supervisors at site, seized ERC elastic rail clips, if any, to be 23 extracted by using approved chemicals and/or heating the MCI inserts by any suitable means and without damaging PRC sleepers, fittings, rails, Grease will be supplied by contractor and no extra payment will be made for the same. Epoxy paint or polyurathane paint of approved quality for painting MCI inserts to be supplied by contractor. Cost of sleeper damaged. If any while extracting seized ERCs to be borne by the agency along with the cost of its renewal. The works include carrying by any means new ERCs liners and G.R pads etc. from PWIs store and return back all released fittings etc. to PWIs store as instructed Engineer in-charge.

Distribution of small track fitting by Rly's materials trolley upto a distance of 2 kms.

Unloading of stone ballast from BOB/BORN Hopper Wagon on the track during traffic block on 11 running line with all tools & plants. The rates are inclusive of clearing the infringements where ever required for safe passage of train after the block. The rate also includes dressing and boxing of unloaded ballast as per profile of LWR manual including filling of sleeper inter space up to top of sleeper as per direction of Engineer in-charge or his representative at site. @40<37@ payment will be done if dressing & boxing not completed).

Through packing of 1 in 12/1in 8.5 Pts & crossing on PSC sleeper as per IRPWM in sequence 7 including spacing of sleepers as directed by engineer in-charge or his representative at site in running track with all contractor's labour, tools & plants. Each such packing should include aligning, squaring, respacing and gauging of sleepers as per direction of engineer in-charge or his representative. The rate includes ballasting of the pts and crossing by using available ballast at site with a free lead of 50 Mtr. including crossing of tracks.

Trolleying of switch, Xing, Rails, any type of sleepers and other P.Way materials with free lead upto 100m, all lift, with proper stacking including Xing of multiple lines with contractors own tools & plants as directed by Engineer In-Charge or his repersentative.

Removing of rusted ERCs by heating, applying gas or approved chemicals without damaging insert and replacing the old ERC by new one supplied by railway (heating arrangement, gas & chemical will be provided by the contractor).

Trollying Spl. Size PSC Sleepers.

Loading/Unloading of any kind of P-Way materials such as switch, Xing, check rails, SEJ, Glued 1 rails, any type of sleeper, tie bar, C.I Plate, loose fittings of any type etc. etc. into any type of wagon/from any of wagon / BRH/Road vehicles within schedule time as per Rly rule with all lift & lead within 100m including stacking at any station or at depot as directed by Engineer In-Charge or his representative.

Supplying including loading of stone quarry dust in any type of wagon from PKR/RJG including all 12 lead, lift, crossing lines etc within the block period during day/night time. The rate should be inclusive of royalty, Sales Tax, Cess Tax and other incidental charges. Necessary RMC notes will be issued by the Rly and no freight charges there of should be paid by the contractor.

Opening of corroded/seized/broken plate screws which cannot be opened at points & crossing, SEJ to be changed by new screws after applying grease graphite. The rate includes the cleaning of exsisting plate screw holes and making dust free by applying gas, half cut plate screw to be welded by Arc welding with the 20 exsisting broken screw to facilitate the same to be opened out by box spanner. The rate also includes supplying of all equipments such as Generator, Arc welding set, tools & plants including fuel such as gas, diesel, Mobil oil, electrodes all as per requirement at site. Transportation of the equipments from one site to another to be done by contractor at his own cost. Railway will supply the scrap/new plate screw including grease graphite. The rate also includes all fitting, fixing at site as per direction of engineer in-charge.
