Supply, digging, insertion testing & commissioning of Earth pipe made of 2 numbers heavy gauge G.I. pipe of size 50 mm dia. 3 mtr long (Conforming to IS:1239 PART-1 (2004) or latest) (Make: TATA, JINDAL, SKIPPER, Nezone (or) ISI equivalent ) including cutting and boring of concrete floor at premises over railway colony,construction of earth pit duly sorted by suitable length of G.I. Flat 37.5 mm x8 mm / 50 mm x 6 mm including making good the damages with masonite flooring,heavy duty hinge C.I. pit cover along with charcoal and salt inside the earth pit.including 3 necessary earth connection from pit to the distribution panel with 4 SWG GI wire. The earth pit should be encashed with panel with alternate layer of salt and charcoal to be spreaded inside the pit. Eatth pit shall be completed with necessary civil work like brick chamber, PCC work & finally covered with heavy duty hinge C.I. pit cover. N.B.: The earthing should be done as per CEE/KKK's specification strictly. All earth values should be marked on the MS plate with the date by painting work. The MS flat plate should be painted with one coat of red oxide and 2 coats of black paint before execution. The earth value measurement and marking of the earth value, if found within the permissible limit, should be done with white paint in the presence of the railway representative.A joint with a competent railway representative should be prepared.
