The bidder must have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed, with a value of not less than 35% of the work to be subcontracted, in the last 5 years. However, for subletting of work costing up to Rs 50 lakh, no previous work experience of the subcontractor is required. Alternatively, the bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed any of the following during the last 07 (seven) years: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender. - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender. - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. In case of tenders for composite works, the bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed any of the following during the last 07 (seven) years: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of tender. - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of tender. - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of tender. The values and percentages mentioned are: - 35% of the work to be subcontracted - Rs 50 lakh (for subletting of work) - 30% of the advertised value of the tender - 40% of the advertised value of the tender - 60% of the advertised value of the tender - 30% of the advertised value of each component of tender - 40% of the advertised value of each component of tender - 60% of the advertised value of each component of tender
