Supplying, spreading and compacting Sand to required thickness in layers not exceeding 150mm to proper gradient and camber, inundating each layer by water and packing and ramming layer by layer to achieve desired compaction, including lighting, guarding, barricating and making adequate earthen bundh where necessary, curing with water as per direction, mending cracks and depressions by ramming wherever necessary.

Providing and laying Type – B Seal Coat using VG-30 (bulk)penetration grade bitumen @ 0.68 kg per sqm and using medium sand/grit (passing 2.36mm sieve and retained on 180 micron sieve stone @0.006 cum / sqm sealing the voids in bituminous surface laid to specified levels, grade and crossfall as per T.S Cl. 508 of Specification of Rural Roads, MORD. including cost and carriage of all materials,labour, lighting, guarding, barricading etc and cost of all other charges complete as per direction of EIC.Using Bitumen (VG-30) @ 0.98 Kg per sqm and stone aggregates (passing through11. 2 mm sieve and retained on 2.36 mm sieve) @ 0.009 cum / sqm

WBM with coarse aggregate size range 63-45 mm (Grading – II) with Type – B Screening 75 mm thk: (Manual means)…..Providing, laying, spreading and compacting grading II stone aggregates of specific sizes (63mm to 45mm) conforming to Table 400.8 of MORD for water bound macadam including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying requisite type of screening/binding materials having Liquid limit (LL), Plasticity Index (PI) and passing 75 micron less than 20, 6 and 10% respectively to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate and brooming, watering and compacting to the required density including cost of all materials including lighting, guarding, barricading including cost for hire and operational charges of machinery, tools & plants, including making necessary earthen bundh of one metre width on each side to protect the edges and cost for quality control etc. complete as per technical specification of clause 405 of Specification for Rural Roads, MORD. Using 1.21 cum of grading II stone aggregate of sizes 63mm to 45mm and 0.293 cum crushable type approved screening as moorum/gravel per cum of compacted volume).

Scarifying existing granular surface to a depth of minimum 50 mm and disposal of scarified material with a lift upto 3 m and leads upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.4.of specification of Rural Roads and direction of EIC.

WBM with coarse aggregate size range 53-22.4 mm (Grading – III) with Type – B Screening 75 mm thk: (Manual means)…..Providing, laying, spreading and compacting grading III stone aggregates of specific sizes (53mm to 22.4mm) conforming to Table 400.8 of MORD for water bound macadam including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying requisite type of crushable screening materials having Liquid limit (LL), Plasticity Index (PI) and passing 75 micron less than 20, 6 and 10% respectively to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate and brooming, watering and compacting to the required density including cost of all materials including lighting, guarding, barricading including cost for hire and operational charges of machinery, tools & plants, including making necessary earthen bundh of one metre width on each side to protect the edges and cost for quality control etc. complete as per technical specification of clause 405 of Specification for Rural Roads, MORD. Providing and applying Primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of grannular base incl. Cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per T.S clause no. 502 of Specifications of Rural Roads. including cost and carriage of all materials, labour,lighting, guarding, barricading etc and cost of all other charges complete as per direction of EIC .Using Bitumen Emulsion of approved quality(grade) @ 0.85 kg/sqm

Providing Laying & rolling of open-graded Premix Carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm and 11.2 mm aggregates @ 0.018 cum and 0.009 cum per sqm respectively as per using VG-30(bulk) penetration grade bitumen @ 1.46kg per sqm to required line, grade & level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN capacity static roller, finished to required level & grades as per T.S Cl. 506 of specification of Rural Roads MORD. including cost and carriage of all materials,labour, lighting, guarding, barricading etc and cost of all other charges complete as per direction of EIC.Using Bitumen (VG-30) per sqm and 13.2mm and 11.2mm size crushed stone chipping of approved quality @ 0.018cum/sqm and 0.009 cum/sqm respectively

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.225 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 of Rural Roads, MORD. including cost and carriage of all materials,labour, lighting, guarding, barricading etc and cost of all other charges complete as per direction of EIC. Using Bitumen Emulsion of approved grade (quality) @ 0.225 kg/sqm
