Dismantling aluminium Door : Dismantling aluminium, doors, windows, fixed glazingand false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable surplus material andstacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removal of MEP Service & Equipments : Removing carefully the MEP services euipments, light, fan, HVAC unit, wiring, Fire safety euipments etc including stacking seviceable material at site as directed by EIC and disposal of unserviceable materials from site to a minimum lead distance of 100m at municipal approved dump yard. All complete with labour material transportation etc at any floor.

Carpet Flooring : Providing and laying of floor carpet tile 500mm x 500mm of nylon yarn, 7-8mm thick of approved make and shade pasted on smooth dust-free surface with adhesive as per manufacturer's specification. Rate includes the plastic cover till final handover of site.

Acoustic Ceiling : Providing and fixing suspended ceiling with Fire rated Ecophon ADVANTAGE Mineral Fibre Acoustic Tiles in size 595 x 595 x 15mm Natrual Prime ND40. The tiles will be laid into the grid of size 600 x 600mm c/c of G.I pre coated (Black) using Main T 34 x 24 & Cross T 24 x 24 & wall angles suspended suitably by dash fastners, GI wire & suspension clip, butterfly & MS cleats. The entire framework should be in perfect level and to be suspended from Gypsum Ceiling if required as directed by EIC. Rate to be inclusive of all accessories, necessery services cut out, all complete as directed by EIC.

Plain Gypsum False Ceiling : Supply & fixing suspended ceiling which includes G. I. perimeter channels of size 0.55mm thick (having one flange of 20mm and another flange of 30mm and a web of 27mm) along with perimeter of ceiling, screw fixed to brick wall / partition with the help of nylon sleeves and screws, at 610mm centres. Then suspending G. I. intermediate channels of size of size 45mm (0.9mm thick with two flanges of 15mm each) from the RCC roof at 1220mm centres with M.S. hanger as per requirement with G.I cleat etc. Ceiling section of 0.55mm thickness having knurled web of 51.5mm and two flanges of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm are then fixed to the intermediate channel with the help of connecting clip and in direction perpendicular to the intermediate channel at 457mm centres. All the framing G.I materials of ultra section made of Saint Gobain. Finally the 12.5 mm thick plain gyp boards are to be jointed and finished so as to have a flush look which includes filling and finishing the square edges of the boards with jointing compound, joint paper tape and two coats of drywall topcoat suitable for Gypboard (as per recommended practices of India Gypsum). complete with aesthetically matched painting (Two coats of acrylic emulsion over a coat of primer) Entire work to be done as per drawing, specification and direction of E.I.C. [Painting cost paid separately]

Acoustical Wall Panelling : Supply & fixing acoustical 50mm thick Metal Stud wall paneling which includs 48mm GI Metal stud (0.55 thick having one flange of 34mm and another flange of 36mm made of G.I steel) placed at 600mm centre. in 50mm floor and ceiling channels (0.55mm thick having equal flanges of 32mm made of G.I.steel). Providing & fixing 50mm thick,500 GSM absorb synthetic wool tested as per Fire Retardant in roll form will be laid within the Grid structure backed in between studs structure and wall clading and 12.5mm thick following Gypboard will then be screw fixed to the channels with 25mm drywall screws at 230mm centres. Screw fixing will be done mechanically either with screwdriver or drilling machine with suitable attachment. Finally the boards are to be jointed and finished so as to have a flush look which includes filling and finishing the tapered and square edges of the boards with jointing compound, joint paper tape and complete with aesthetically matched painting (two coats of acrylic emulsion paint over a coat of primer). Acoustical Wall Panelling : (ii) Providing and Fixing 50mm thick Metal Stud wall panelling which includes 48mm studs (0.55 thick having one flange of 34mm and another flange of 36mm made of G.I steel) placed at 300mm centre to centre. in 50mm floor and ceiling channels (0.55mm thick having equal flanges of 32mm made of G.I.steel) & PVC H pro channels will be screwed vertically with GI stud at 600x600mm C/C & 50mm thick 500 GSM absorb wool tested as per Fire Retardant in roll form will be laid within the Grid structure backed between studs structure and wall clading & APHONY CORTEX’ Splendor Tiles made of Wood Fibre cement composites 25mm thick and covered with Acoustically Transparent Woven Fabric on the front side, with an option of colours as per the choice of the Architect/ person in charge of size 600X600 mm Has excellent noise absorption of 1 NRC as per ISO:354-1985 and ASTM 423-90 a, meets the stringent fire ratings ASTMD- 876 and BS:476, weather resistant as per IS 3308 ,Thermal Insulation as per IS:3346-1980. Conforms to EN 13168:2001. Specially designed for Acoustic Vibration management and long life.

Dado Work : Supplying and providing wooden dado work within the room 3 side wall with a height of 750mm approximately from the floor level by a frame work made of 50mm thick Metal Stud section placed at 600mm centre horizontally. The frame work to be covered by 9mm thick ply (BWP grade) with nails & adhesive and 4mm thick natural teak veneered ply (Century / Green or equivalent) to be pasted on 9mm ply with adhesive in a decorative pattern.The top edge of the dado level and the bottom edge of the wall paneling level to be covered with polished moulded teak wood bit of size 50mm x 12mm width and the bottom level of the dado to be covered with 100mm x 12mm wide wooden skirting to be fixed on top of dado with nails & adhesive. The total dado work to be completed with melamine polish of approved colour. Entire work to be done as per drawing, specification and direction of E.I.C.[wooden skirting paid separately]

Wooden Skirting : Providing and fixing 100mm W x 12mm thick Teak wood skirting to be fixed on top of the bottom level of the dado work with nails & adhesive. Entire work to be done as per drawing, specification and direction of E.I.C.

Acrylic Emulsion PAINTING : Providing & applying Acrylic Emulsion Paint with approved shade of ICI Dulux / Asian Paints or equivalent with two coats of water-based primer and three coats of paint including preparation of smooth surface, scrapping, sand papering, scaffolding, all materials, labour etc. complete.

Roller blinds : Roller blinds on exsting windows of apprved colour complete with necessary strings and rollers for vertically up and down movement.

Sun Control Film : Providing and fixing of SUN control uv resistant film of 3M make on glazed surface as per approved design by the Architect.

PELMET : Providing and fixing pelmets of size 200mm x 250mm, with verticals and horizontals made of 19mm thick BWP IS 710 plywood along walls and partitions finished with balancing laminate on exposed surfaces with necessary support, joint between the plywood and the gypsum all complete. Rate to be inclusive of all accessories, such as anchor fasteners etc. all complete.

Sound reducing door : Sound reducing door frame made of 125mmx63mm SAL wood / Hard wood sections.Internal grid of the door leaf will be made of SAL wood section of 50mm x 38mm x 600mm c/c. Both side of the grid will be covered with 6mm BWR ply (Century / Green / Austin make) with 50mm thick 24 kg/m3 resin bonded poly wool will be pasted inside the wooden grid.The external side of the door will be finished with natural teak venerred ply (Century / Green / Austin make) of 4mm thick and the internal part (Auditorium side) will be finished with 12mm foam covered with fabric in a decorative manner. The entire door will be finish with melamine polish and necessary hardware fittings like heavy duty door closer, ss handel,panic bar & bearing fitted ss hings etc. (Make: Hettich / Hafele) Duble Leaf

CABLE: Supply & laying of following 1.1 KV grade PVC XLPE insulated copper armoured cable with 2 nos 10 SWG GI wire on wall / ceiling / through duct / masonary trench on ready M.S. Brac-kets with M.S. Bar saddles/ clamp including supply and installation of M.S. bar saddle/ clamps as required. (length of the cable are approximate ) 4 core 16 sq.mm cable.

Termination of cable : Supply & termination of cable ends with double compression type brass cable gland and finishing the end by crimping method including supplying and fixing cable gland, socket, tapes and other required materials for the following 1.1 KV grade PVCA Aluminium cable. 4 core 16 sq.mm cable.

Circuit wiring : Supply & laying of following 1100 volt grade pvc insulated FRLS Cu conductor, connection to DBs from Panel to indivisual floor DB and from DBs to individual switch board & power sockets through suitable size (as per IS) heavy duty PVC conduit or floor raceway or in partion etc. with all accessary as required to be complete in all respect. (ii) 3x1cx1.5sq.mm. PVC insulated wire. (for Secondary points) ( length of the wire are approximate )

Power plug socket : Power point wiring for 6/16A socket outlet including supply & fixing of modular type M.S. for concealed or PVC for surface switch box, front plate, 6/16A 6 pin socket outlet with controlling switch complete with connection to prelaid 2x2.5 + 1x1.5 sq.mm. circuit wiring, (maximum 2 socket looping by one circuit) painting, mending good damages to the original finish etc. as required.
