The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed or substantially completed three works, each of Rs. 8,32,89,588/- (excluding GST) or two works, each of Rs 10,41,11,985/- (excluding GST) or one work of Rs. 16,65,79,176/- (excluding GST) in single contract of similar nature of work. The bidder should also have achieved a minimum annual value of general construction work of ₹ 38,44,13,483.07, with at least 50% of which is from Engineering (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical) construction works. The experience gained should be in the last seven years, and substantial completion is based on 80% of awarded cost or more value-wise works completed under the contract. The value of executed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The bidder should have experience in completion of Rigid/Flexible Pavement works in Airfield, National Highways/Expressways, Harbour pavements, State Highways with MORTH specification. The bidder should also have experience in executing works on a back-to-back contract or sub-contract basis. The percentage mentioned is 7% per annum for updating the completed works to the current costing level, and 50% of the annual value of general construction work should be from Engineering (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical) construction works. The values mentioned include:
