The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: 1. Project Manager (Civil Engineer): 10 years of total work experience, with 5 years of experience in similar works. 2. Material testing Engineer: 3 years of total work experience, with 3 years of experience in similar works. 3. Material testing Supervisor: 3 years of total work experience, with 2 years of experience in similar works. 4. Quantity Surveyor: 3 years of total work experience, with 3 years of experience in similar works. 5. Construction Safety Officer: 5 years of total work experience, with 3 years of experience in similar works. The bidder should have at least 5 years of general construction experience under construction contracts in the role of contractor, subcontractor, or management contractor prior to the bid submission deadline. For similar works completed, the bidder should have completed works with a value of at least 50% of the requirement for a single entity and 25% of the requirement for each partner in a joint venture. A specific contract value of at least INR 57.68 Lacs is required, which is 25% of the amount put to bid, and the contract should be similar to the proposed works in terms of physical size, complexity, methods, technology, and material used. The bidder should also have a minimum annual construction turnover of INR 115.35 Lacs, which is 50% of the amount put to bid, for the work/time period for completion in years, inclusive of escalation. The percentage of total amount is applicable if the bidder is a partner in a JV or subcontractor, and the bidder should provide details of their experience records in the relevant Information Forms. The bidder should demonstrate access to or availability of liquid assets, lines of credit, or other financial resources to meet the bidder's financial resources requirement, which is indicated in Form FIN-4, with 100% of the requirement for the bidder and 50% and 25% of the requirement for each partner in a joint venture, respectively. The financial resources requirement for the subject contract is specified as 10% of the estimated cost.
