Supply and installation of ARCHITECTURAL POLE 3.3M height Pole (Total height of the pole is 4m including post top) Made in combination of hot dip galvanised mild steel pipe sections 114mm dia. & 140mm dia. Arch. cast iron Base design starts with min 322mm Dia. ring, radially tapers to 140 mm for a height of min 235 mm matching to the drawing. Total weight of the base is min 15 Kgs. Decorative Ring-1 (140/114mm dia. – min 3kgs.) & Top Ring (weight- 3kgs.) are made of cast iron. Entire pole shall be made to provide pleasing aesthetics as approved by Concerned Engineer in-charge. After Fabrication, Entire Pole is hot dip galvanized(60 microns Minimum ) for the effective corrosion resistance . The hot dip Galvanised pole should be provided with an inbuilt junction box (Concealed) to fix 32A connectors and 6A MCB (to terminate incoming and outgoing armoured cables with glands and lulgs), at the bottom -the inbuilt box should have a flush door of suitable size. The decorative pedastal to be mounted on a suitable size steel plate. This mounting steel plate along with foundation bolts of suitable size to be used for ensuring firm grouting into the specially designed RCC foundation. wind pressure calculation as per IS 875(part-3) & structural calculation report as per EN40 should be submitted to verify the pole design. Pole & it's parts are painted in 3 layer coating(coating thickness-100 microns minimum) in which 1st layer with etch primer, 2nd layer with epoxy primer & 3rd final layer with PU paint- customised colour Metallaic Grey (As per Architectural requirement). Adequate size cutout with opeanable hinged door should be provided on pole with necessary gasket to ensure water tight arrangement for pulling cables and installation of mcb, connectors etc, complete in all respect as per requirement and instruction of engineer in charge. Scope also includes necessary foundation, cable termination, earthing as per requirement, cable entry pipes, 3 core round flexible wire from junction box to light fixture etc. all require to complete job.

FIXTURE - 40-45W Power Module LED: Supply of post top light fixture equivalent to LED FIXTURE - 40-45W Power Module LED, -MOUNTED AT 4 METER HEIGHT POST TOP POLE:it's - Upper frame made in die-cast and sheet aluminium (thickness: 2.5mm), with threaded coupling G3/4" for fixing,Bottom frame with ring made in die-cast aluminium and two arms made in hotgalvanized steel, with flange for fixing equipped of a hole (diam. 28 mm) .Gasket between the upper and bottom frames.Painted with polyester powder coating in Metallaic Grey (As per Architectural requirement). IP Rating - IP 66.Height –690mm, Dia - 550mm, Weight - 11.5Kg, Area Exposed to Wind(S) - 0.105 m2. Power LED's Module (with CREE/NICHIA/OSRAM/SEOUL SMD type LED’s with ESD=>8kV & Ceramic package are accepted. LED manufacturers tech sheet with buying documents should be submitted for verification. Individual LED's Minimum Luminous Flux (lm) is 139lm @ 350 mA (@ 85 °C) same should be supported by LED manufacturer's tech sheet) in compliance with IEC 62031(supporting type test report should be submitted), on Printed Circuit Board with metal core plate. Colour Rendering Index: Ra > 70. Electronic Power Supply for LED Module, which offers Protection against Short Circuit, Over- Voltage & Over- Current, with in-built surge protection upto 1.5kv(an additional surge protection device of 10kV also provided in-built the fixture). Optics with refractive lens (Polycarbonate), UV Resistant & Shock Resistance IK10.LM80 Reported LED Lifetime is L90@ 50,000hours minimum.(same should be supported by LM 80 report from NVLAP accredited lab) & Estimated LED Lifetime is L80 @ 100,000 hours(Ta-25°C) minimum..LM 80 report & TM 21 calculation should be submitted to support the same.The Light fixture shall be in compliance with IEC 60598-2-3; IEC 60598-1.(Supporting Test Report from NABL accredited Laboratory should be submitted) .LM79 report should be submitted from NABL accredited Laboratory. Sample should be submitted for approval from concerned engineer-in charge.

3.3M HEIGHT HERITAGE SMART POLE FOR INDIRECT LIGHTING 3.3M height Pole Made in combination of Multiple Modules made of mild steel pipe sections 270mm dia. & multiple suitable Cast Iron embellishments like base & rings.Smart features/services such as CCTV dome type camera, PAS-2nos.(Bose spekaer AMU), USB charger, SOS emergency button, WIFI device/router should be inbuilt inside the pole .Entire pole shall be made to provide pleasing aesthetics as approved by Concerned Engineer in-charge. After Fabrication, MS pipe modules are hot dip galvanized(60 microns Minimum ) for the effective corrosion resistance .
