The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having experience of work of similar nature, with work-wise details, completed during the last 7 years. The value of similar works completed should be mentioned in Indian Rupees (Rs. in Lacs). The bidder should fill in the rates for all items of work described in the Bill of Quantities (B.O.Q) for Item Rate Tender and shall fill percentage above or below for Percentage Rate Tender. The total quantity executed by the contractor in the last 7 years should be mentioned, along with the unit, cumulative quantity, and other relevant details. The bidder should also provide information on their current contract commitments, including the name and date of the project, total value, value of work completed, and value of work to be completed, along with the completion date and other relevant details.
