(The work includes filling boulders in the gabions). For Diversion Bandha and Dumping Zone.

Supply and Installation of self driven rock anchor 40 CR material with outer dia of 32mm and inner dia of 18.5 mm Yield load carrying capicity of minimum 230 KN in soil / over burden /rock suitable for drilling placing and cement grounting.Installation with all accessories such as 51 mm dia drill couplers,10mm thik base plate and nut and bolt complete in all respect.

Cement pressure grouting hollow soil/rock anchor of outer dia of 38mm in rock/overburden including all cost of material and equipment required to complete the grouting work at desired pressure as directed by Engineer in charge.

Hydroseeding of soil slope including mixing of seeds mutch(meeting performance parameters as mentioned in technical spacification) fertilizer and soil amendment products if required in hydroseeder machine with water and spraying the mixture with 100 Psi pressure pump on hilly slopes on exposed soils,(end product must from a blanket with in 2 hours of application and soil erosion must be controled after 2 hours of application) including mentenance for 3 month (watring 2 -3 times, a day after 24 hours of hydroseeding ) or till Propagation of grasses and shrubs.

Supply and fixing of Double Twisted Mesh including all cost of material,labour and T&P required to complete the work in all respacted with fllowing proparties: a. Mesh type 10x12,Mesh opening 100mmx100mm b. Mesh wire dia 2.7/3.7mm (ID/OD),mechanically adgad/selvedged with galvanization as per EN 10223-3 and shelf have minimum 10 number of mesh opening per meter of mesh perpendiculer to twist. c.Tensile strength (500 Mpa) at a minimum elongation of 10%. The minimum tensile strength of the mesh panet must be 32.0kn/m (+/-5kn/m) in the parelled to the twist direction and 15.5kn/m in the perpendiculer to the twist direction in accordance with the requirement of IS 16014.2018. d.Zinc coating: the coating weight shell be heavlly coated and soft type conforming to the requirements of specification IS48261972.Adhesion of Zink coating No flakes or crack shell be obsarver while testing for adhesion of zinc coating as per IS 16014.2018. ID/OD- internal diameter/outer diameter of polymer coated wire.

Supply and Installation of high tensile wire mesh consisting wire dia 3mm having minimum tencile strength of 150KN per meter and bearing resistence for punctuning/bursting strength should be 100KN and shouldn’t pass a stone size of 75mm dia through mesh opning.The tensile strength of wire should be 1770N per sqmm. having with zink coating class A or 95% Zn+5% AI class B (Gatfan) coating as per ISO 7959-2 for treatment of slopes,including all cost of material (NET,Boundry rope and rope anchore etc.comprising the complete system),laboure,special labour and T&P required to complete the work in all respact in accoradance with drawings,technical specification and as per the direction of engineer in charg.Producte manufacturer shall have in house test facility for conducting longitudinal tencile strength and punchuring resistance test and shall be responsible for carring out both test.During PDI per lot in presence of respresentatives of enc on his on expenses.

Providing and installing subsurface drainages pipes-perforated PVC pipe (lined with non wovan geotaxtile) of 75 mm internal diameter as per the drawing etc. complete including the cost of drilling and directed by Engineer in charge

Application of 100mm thick Shortcrete (M25) in two layer 50mm each sandwiched with chain link fabric 50mmX50mm size including supply of all material for shot crete (including for rebound) and excluding the cost of chain link fabric, labour T&P etc.for proper completion of the work as per drawing,Technical Spacifications and the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and installation of G.I chain link fabric of required width in mesh size 50x50mm including 2mm dia binding wire or nuts,bolt,and washers as requireed for proper completion of the work as rection of engineer-in-charge made of G.I wire of dia 4mm.
