Excavation of pipe line in soil mixed with course sand, single , kankar, including refilling of trenches after laying of pipeline including watering , hammering etc completed in all respect of work.

Construction of Pump House as per design and specifications complete in all respect including all matrial, labour and T & P required for proper complition of work

Concrete with 4 cm gauge stone ballast, local sand and cement in proportion of 4:2:1 in superstructure, including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Chemical and Bacteriological water testing

Raised and cut pointing with cement and coarse sand mortar in 1:3 on brick work including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion the work.

(b) Dismantaling of rig machine after completion of work and carting back

(a) Erection of rig machine and camp equipage

Constructing masonry chamber 90 x90x 100 cm inside with 75 class designation brick work in cement mortar 1: 4 ( i cement : 4 coarse sand) for sluice valve / Gate valve with Ci Surface box 100 x100x75 mm with hinge cover fixdedin RCC slab 1: 2:4 cement sand and 20 mm grit nacessary excavation foundation concrete 1:5;10 and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 12 mm thick finished with floating coat of neat cement chamber as per type design including supply of all material labour T & P etc complete

(i )Carting of compressor and T&P to site of work upto 40 km.

Soil testing of proposed 50 KL capacity, 12 m staging O.H.T. site by some repute institute like IIT or equvalent and accordingly design by a repute structural engineer and construction of O.H.T. (50 KL capacity with 12 m Staging) with foundation considering seismic forces, including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc as required for proper completion of work and submissoin of detailed design/drawings before starting of work. The earthquake resistant design must be in conformity with IS:456, IS:3770, IS:1893, IS:13932 & IS:13920 (latest versions) etc. Water retaining portion ie container of O.H.T. will be constructed in M30 design mix concrete as per latest guidelines of BIS. The work also include 1 m. wide balcony around the tank at the middle ring beam (junction of conical wall and containers vertical wall), 1 m wide RCC stair case as an access to the top dome of the tank from ground level, supply & fixing of MS gate with locking arrangement on first landing to avoid access to the O.H.T. as per direction of engineer in charge, supply and fixing of 60 cm wide MS ladder from top dome to inside of the tank up to bottom dome of 50x50x6 mm angle iron in 20 mm dia plain MS bar@25 cm C/C welded or rivetted with suitable hand rail etc, supply & fixing of 1200 mm dia ventilator of 50x50x6 mmm angle iron fitted at the crown of top dome with mosquito proof wire mesh over expanded metal jali, supply & fixing of 600x600 mm MS MH cover of 5 mm thick MS plate duly hinged with 50x50x6 mm angle iron frame embedded with the top dome at appropriate place with locking arrangement, supply & fixing of 3 rows of GI(M) 20 mm dia pipe railing with 50x50x6 mm angle iron posts of clear height 1 m at distance of 1.25 m C/C around the balcony, Top dome and along the stair case from GL to top dome, Supply & fixing of water level indicator conforming to latest specification a nd as per direction nof engineer in charge and supply & fixing of lightening conductor arrangements i/c earthiung as per latest IS code, S/F of 40 mm dia inlet, 100 mm dia outlet, washout and overflowpipes, All GI(M), and their sluice valves (conforming to IS:780) duck foot bend and other specials including construction of valve chambers with RCC covers, testing tank for water tightness and making it water tight, painting the entire tank with three coats of exterior weather coat apex or equivalent of asian, burger, narolac etc of approved colour and shade, painting balcony and stair case railing and MS cover, vantilator, angle iron posts with one coat of oxide primer and 2 coats of paint of approved quality and shade and construction of 40 mm thick CC floor beneath O.H.T.

Construction of pillar type Stand post completed in all respect of work as per type design.

(iv) Dismantling of OP unit after completion of work and carting to store

Leveling of water works.

Providing & fixing of 4 mm thick and 40 mm wide glass strips in flooring.

Well cap 200 mm

Providing and fixing MS grill of required pattern in frames of windows etc with M.S.flats square or round bars etc.including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete. Fixed to steel window by welding

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs, having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Construction of Tubewell by DC rig machine In the strata of village Jafarpur Block Gadarpur , District U S Nagar from GL to 90 m BGL to lower the of 200 x150 mm dia to get sand free minimum yield of 500 lpm at 4.5 m depreesion with all specification , T & P complete in all respect as work of site

Transportation of rig machine and T&P to site

(ii) Erection of compressor .

40 mm thick 1:2:4 P.C.C. floor with cement and coarse sand & 2 cm gauge approved stone ballast laid in panels finished with 3 mm floating coat of neat cement and 7.5 cm thick base concrete consisting of cement and local sand and 1st class brick.

Development of drilled tube well By Air Compressor (350PSI)

Concrete with 4 cm gauge stone ballast, local sand and cement in proportion of 6:3:1 in foundation, including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

HDPE pipe -63 mm dia

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. - All kinds of soil.
