The exact size shall be decided on soil conditions.2) Cement concrete foundation of size approx 6ftx6ftx6ft shall be prepared for self supported mast. The exact size shall be decided on soil conditions.3) The ratio of casting of cement concrete foundation shall be 1:3:6 all the work will be executed as per specification and advised by site engineer.

Transportation & Laying of GI/DWC/RCC pipes along with collars in trenches at places wherever required as per the instruction of the engineer at site.

Transportation and Laying of HDPE pipe as per approved cable route plan in the 13 excavated trench, taking due care while transporting and laying the same in the trenches or other protective works. Both the ends of the duct should be sealed with end plugs before laying and should remain sealed till blowing is done.

Supply of self support mast/Complete Triangular 11" or higher Lattice (Guyies) Mast assembly along with mast mounting unit consists of: (a) Supply of Triangular 11" or higher Lattice 02 (Guyies) Mast/ Self Supported Mast Assembly with sections of approx 03 mtr. each (b) MS pipes with IS certification of outer diameter of 1" or higher should be used as per drawing attached as Annexure- II. Inspection by Representative of Engineer incharge. Laying of signalling/Power/Telecom cable of various cores/sizes in trenches. as per 09 approved cable route plan in the excavated trench, inside GI, DWC Pipes etc. taking due care while transporting and sealing both the ends after laying. The cables are to be laid as per extent practice of WCR and as per the instructions of engineer at site. This includes transportation of cable from the consignee depot to site or as per instruction of engineer incharge.

All work pertaining to Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD)/Boring and trenchless cabling. It includes supply, transportation and insertion of self lubricated HDPE Pipe and laying of cables in boring under the track/ road / platform/ circulating area by using different sizes of pipes depending on total number of cables will he crossed. The depth of horizontal boring should he 02 minimum 2 mtr upto 3 mtr, from rail flange road level ground level as per site requirement and as per instructions of Railway Engineer in charge. This item will be used for track crossing of running lines. road crossing & circulating area. By using self-lubricated HDPE Pipe of 200mm outer dia and 175mm inner dia in the bore and laying of cables in the bore under the track/road/circulating area and any other critical area or as per instructions of site engineer. Thickness 3.5 to 4.1 mm as per specification no. IS 4984:1995 with latest amendment, Material Grade PE 63. INSPECTION OF SUPPLY PORTION BY CONSIGNEE.

Excavation of trench as per cable route plan, 1.2 mtr deep, 300mm wide at the bottom along main line in normal soil, This work includes covering of cable laid in trenches by loose soil for a layer of 50 mm thickness approximately before covering by shahabad stone/bricks, clearing of route, 03 bushes etc and refilling of the trench by excavated soil and ramming after laying of the required quantity of cables as per instructions of Engineer at site. If it is not possible to reach the required depth at any location, then the contractor shall obtain prior approval of Engineer-in-charge before commencement of cable laying process and only then shall the proportionate payment be made to the contractor.

Installation of cable termination panel rack, mounting of isolation transformers, termination of underground jelly filled cables on the screw type terminals, supply of wiring material and wiring of circuitry as per instructions of engineer at site.

Excavation of trench as per cable route plan, 1 mtr deep, 300mm wide at the bottom along main line in hard soil / murrum, This work includes covering of cable laid in trenches by loose soil for a layer of 50 mm thickness approximately before covering by bricks.

Excavation of cable trench 1m deep and 300mm wide across the track, for track crossing and refilling after laying of DWC/RCC/GI pipes. The work shall be done as per extant practice on W.C. Rly & instruction of Rly engineer at site.

Supply & laying of well burnt bricks of size 225x100x75mm inside the trench (with the brick length being perpendicular to cable route) after laying of cable in station area from Outermost to Outermost signal or at any other location as per instruction of Engineer at site.

Installation of maintenance free Single Earth Pit which includes the following:- a) Excavation/ Auguring/ Boring of single earth pit of 100 mm to 125 mm dia to the depth of approx. 2.8 meter. b) Insertion of 3.0 meter electrode and penetrating it at least 0.2 meter by pushing gently with sledge hammer where the natural soil is assumed. c) Filling of earth pit with Earth Enhancement Compound (EEC) in slurry form and backfilling. d) Carrying out exothermic weld connection on single earth electrode to a copper tape of 150x25x6mm. e) Carrying out exothermic weld connection on the copper tape of 150x25x6mm on Earth Electrode for connecting two 35 sq mm cables for redundancy. f) The exothermic welding material for bonding the earth system shall be procured from RDSO approved firms, which includes graphite moulds, clamps, weld metal powders. g) Digging a trench to a depth of at least 0.5 m and run the 02 (two) 35 sq mm earth conductor (procured against supply 05 item) from Earth pit to MEEB. h) Routing and termination of 02 (two) 35 sq mm 300x25x6 mm MEEB, which is to be fixed inside the equipment room with 02 (two) insulation studs, with stainless steel Nuts & Bolts. i) 300 X 300 X 300 mm (inside dimension) concrete Earth pit with a concrete lid, approx 50 mm thick with pulling hooks, shall be provided to cover the pit. Back side of the cover will be painted in black and date of the testing and average resistance value shall be written in white paint. Note: At certain locations it may not be possible to achieve earth resistance of less than 1.0ohm with one earth electrode/pit due to soil resistivity. In such case provision of loop earth consisting of more than one earth pit shall be done. For inter connection of two earth pits copper tape of size 25X2sq. mm shall be provided by contractor. The number of pits required shall be decided based upon the resistance achieved for the earth pital ready installed. The procedure mentioned above for one earth pit shall be repeated for other earth pits. The other earth so installed for the purpose of loop earthing arrangement shall be counted as separate earth. Blowing and drawing of OFC through already buried HDPE duct, taking due care while 14 transporting and sealing both the ends after blowing. The cable should be blown according to the technical instructions of the manufacturer and the instructions of the site in-charge manufacturer and the instructions of the site in-charge.

Supply of Phenolic Laminated sheet, resin bonded 10mm thick, grade P3 in standard size of 1.22 x 1.22 Mtr as per spec. No IS 2036 of 1974 . Inspection by Consignee

Cement concrete work in the ratio of 1:3:6 with contractors own as per instructions of site engineer.

Fixing of GI pipes for crossing the culverts, stone bridges etc. and concreting the ends with brick masonry at both ends as per the instructions of Rly. Engineer at site with Contractor's 16 materials. The brick masonry at the ends shall be done with well-burnt bricks & cement mixture of 1:3 ratios. (Supply of GI pipes is not covered in this item).This includes drilling of 3 nos. of 6 mm holes per meter on the periphery of GI pipe as per instruction of engineer at site. This also includes fixing of GI pipe with contractors own MS Chanel, clamps of proper size etc as per instructions of engineer at site.

Splicing of 24 fibre OFC from both sides for straight through joint and testing. This includes excavation of pit & backfilling & supply of all type of material and any other equipment of all types.

Cabinet with wiring arrangement of DC-DC converter for 08 Nos. suitable for statcon make IPS (Material to be inspected by RDSO). INSPECTION BY RDSO
