The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completion of similar works during the last 5 years, with specific requirements varying based on the nature of work. The experience required includes: - Completion of similar works during the last 5 years ending last day of the month previous to the one in which applications are invited. - Three similar completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of estimated cost put to tender. - Alternatively, two similar completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of estimated cost put to tender. - Alternatively, one similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of estimated cost put to tender. The values and percentages mentioned include: - 40% of estimated cost put to tender for three similar completed works. - 60% of estimated cost put to tender for two similar completed works. - 80% of estimated cost put to tender for one similar completed work. - 50% of the estimate cost during the immediate Last 3 consecutive financial years for average annual financial turnover on construction works. - 10 Lacs for hot mix plant and paver work. - Rs. 10900.00 for the Tender Cost. - Rs. 11,75,000.00 for the Earnest Money. - 40% OF TOTAL ESTIMATED COST for Bank Solvency. The bidder should have an average annual financial turnover on construction works of at least 50% of the estimated cost during the immediate last 3 consecutive financial years. The required prior work experience for the bidder also includes experience in specific types of work, such as: - Bituminous Road work, Resurfaceing work: Experience in Bitumenous Road Work Only - Building Construction/ Multistory Building Construction: Experience in building / Multistory building construction only - Sewer and water supply/ OHT Construction: Experience in any such similar work - Sewer Cleaning: Experience in such work only - Survey work- Topographical survey, level, contouring etc.: Experience in such survey work only - C.C. Road work, RCC Drain, RCC Retaining Wall. RCC Divider, Culvert: Experience in any such similar work - Sinage, Sign Board, Flex board, Hording etc.: Experience in such similar work only - Brick Drain, Foothpath, Interlocking Tiles, Boundary wall, Masonary work, Building Repair work: Experience in any such work only - Miscillinious Work - Divider and Grill Painting, Earth Filling, leveling, Garbage Desposal, Road and Drain Cleaning, Jungle Cleaning etc.: Experience of same type of work.
