Construction of embankement with approved material obtained from availabe land as permitted and approved by Engineer-in- Charge and as per Techinal Speciation Clause 301.3.4.1, with all lifts and leads spreading , grading to required slpoe and comacted to meet requirement or Table 3001.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specificatio clause 301.5

Construction of Granular Sub Base by Providing Coarse Graded Material, spreading in uniform layers with motar grader on preapared surface, mixing mix in place method with Rotavator at OMC, and compacting with Vabratory Roller to achieve the desired Density complete as per Clause No - 401 and also supply of all material labour and T&P etc as required for proper completion of the work. (Clause 401)

Providing, Laying, Spreading and Compacting Graded Stone Aggregateto Wet Mix Macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/ base course on well preapared surface and compacting with Vibratory Roller to achieve desired density and also supply of all material labour and T&P etc as required for proper completion of the work. (Clause 406)

Provinding and applying primer coat with SS-1 grade bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.70 Kg/Sqm. Using mechanical means (Clause - 502)

Provinding and applying Tack Coat with bitumen VG - 10 using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the granular surface treated with prime coat surface cleaned .(Clause - 503)

Providing and laying 75 MM Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam with 100-120 TPH Hot Mix Plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with Bituminous binder @ 4.50% of the mx, tronsported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clause 501.5, 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve desired compaction, including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. as required for proper completion of the work. (Clause 505)

Provinding and applying Tack Coat with bitumen VG - 10 using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. (Clause - 503)

Providing and laying 40 MM thick Bituminous Concrete with 100-120 P TPH batch type HMP prouding an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading, premixed with Bituminous binder @ 5.2 percent of mix and filler, tronsporting the hot mix to work site, laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller, to achieve required compaction as per MORTH Specification Clause no -507, including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. as required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and Laying hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.50 mm thick including reflactorising glass beads @ 250 gms per SqM area thickness of 2.50 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC : 35. The finish surface is to be lavel, uniform and free from streacks and holes as per MORTH Specification no ;- 803. including all material, Labour T&P etc as for proper completion of the work.

The solar cat eye shall be produced form an engineered polymer selected for superior impact resistance and whether ability. The top of the marker should be transparent for solar charging and light output in active mode. The base of the body shall be yellow or neutral while as approved by engineer in-charge. The marker shall incorporate a solar panel (comprising of solar cells) for converting solar energy into electricity, a storage device for storing the energy. LEDs for illumination and a design for providing 360 degree uniform smooth illumination through light tube. The marker shall also have high reflective plastic lenses for conspicuity in passive mode and dual shanks for improved road presence. These markers are intended for application directly into payment surfaces and shall be applied epoxy & Heet necessity resin adhesives designed for use with raised payment markers and as supplied by the marker manufacturer separately. The solar cateye shall be of height 65 + 2 mm & Maximum Diameter 136 + 4 mm. the solar stud/cateye shall be tested for water ingress as per IP 65 standers & IP 68 standard and compressive strength of 13635 kg. tested in accordance with ASTM D4280 and test report shall be submitted at the time of biding of tender. If somehow tender pre qualification condition do not ask for government report then the report shall be submitted to engineer-in-charge before finalization of bill. The rate shall include all materials, labour, equipments, fabrication, transportation, erection, installation and incidentals all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Earth work in excavation in ordinary soil (loam, clay, or sand) including lift up to 1.50 m and lead up to 30.00 m and also including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth. in to foundation trenches or in to the space between building and sides of foundation trenches or in to the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer In charge up to a distance of 50.00 m from foundation trenches as required for proper completion of the work

Add to above item "earth work in excavation in ordinary soil" for additional 30.00 M lead or part of 30.00 M or 1.50 m lift or part of 1.50 M.

Plain Cement Concrete with 40 mm gauge approved stone ballast, approved coarse sand and cement in the proportion of 10:5:1 including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and as directed by the Engineer In charge including curing and form work in foundation & floors.

Plain Cement Concrete with 40 mm gauge approved stone ballast, approved coarse sand and cement in the proportion of 8:4:1 including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and as directed by the Engineer In charge including curing and form work in foundation & floors.

Plain Cement Concrete with 20 mm gauge approved stone grit, approved coarse sand and cement in the proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and as directed by the Engineer In charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and stuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:1½ :3 (1 Cement : ½coarse sand(zone-III): 3 graded stone aggreged 20 mm nominal size) in foundation and floor including curing etc complete.

R.C.C. work providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, Slab including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and excludig reinfoocement- Above plinth level upto fifth floor level in 1:1.5:3 (1 cenebt : 1.5 ciarse sabd : 3 graded stibe aggregate 20 mm noninal size)

M-150 Brick work in 1:6 with cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and as directed by the Engineer In charge.

M-150 Brick work in 1:3 with cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and as directed by the Engineer In charge

Mild steel or irom work in plain work such as reinforced oncrete or reinforced brick work (When not included in and an over all rates) brought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and excluding the supply of steel and its waistage Bend, Hooks, Bindeng wire and authorized over lapping shall be measured upto floor to level.

25 mm thick 1:2:4 cement concrete floor with cement, approved coarse sand and approved 12.5 mm gauge stone grit laid in panels finished with 3 mm thick floating coat of neat cement or cement and marble dust ratio of 5:1 as specified over and excluding base concrete but including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and as directed by the Engineer In charge.

Flush Pointing with cement and sand of 1.5 F.M. mortar in 1 :2 including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and as directed by the Engineer In charge

Struck Pointing with cement and sand of 1.5 F.M. mortar in 1:2 including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and as directed by the Engineer In charge

Finishing wall with water proof cement paint of approved make and quality on new work with two coat to give an even shade and including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and as directed by the Engineer In charge.

Supply of 80mm thick I shaped ordinary coloured Mechanically compresssed inter locking cement concrete pavers block manufactured by high pressure & controlled vibration machine having plan dimension 200x(160+120mm) with minimum 5mm thick topping of D.P. cement mixed with 25% marble powder, including 25 mm thick compacted bed of fine sand. The compressive stength of concrete paver blocks shall not be less than 30MPa by weight 4.50 kg/no. including cost of all material, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Laying of interlocking tiles of thickness 80 mm including leveling and dressing of surface to required level and slope, filling joints with local sand including the cost of all labour T&P etc. complete
