The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed works during the last seven years. The specific requirements for each type of work are as follows: - One work of financial value not less than 80%, - OR two works each of financial value not less than 60%, - OR three works each of financial value not less than 40%. The works should have been completed in areas such as Anti Termite, Aluminium Work, Water Proofing, Stone Cladding Work, Acoustic Door, and other specialized works. Additionally, the bidder should have an average annual financial turnover of at least 30% of the estimated cost during the last three consecutive financial years. The bidder should also have access to liquid assets and the ability to invest a minimum cash of up to 25% of the contract value during the implementation of the work, with a minimum average annual turnover worth 40% of the estimated cost, and a solvency certificate of the amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost of work. The bidder's average annual financial turnover should be at least Rs. 313.35 Lakh on civil/electrical construction work during the last three consecutive financial years. The bidder should also have completed similar works with a value of at least 80%, 60%, or 40% of the component cost, and should have access to liquid assets of not less than 10% of the contract value.
