The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: * Completion of similar works in the last seven years, with specific details to be provided in Form 'C'. * Experience in similar works, specifically: + For Pile work: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the cost of this job in tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the cost of this job in tender, - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the cost of this job in tender. + For Aluminum work: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the cost of this job in tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the cost of this job in tender, - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the cost of this job in tender. + For Steel Structure Work (MS truss work): - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the cost of this job in tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the cost of this job in tender, - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the cost of this job in tender. + For Metallic Roofing work: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the cost of this job in tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the cost of this job in tender, - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the cost of this job in tender. + For Water proofing work: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the cost of this job in tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the cost of this job in tender, - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the cost of this job in tender. The value and percentage of similar works completed are mentioned as follows: * The cost of work in crores of rupees is required to be provided in Form 'C'. * The cost of work in crores of rupees and the percentage progress of work are required to be provided in Form 'D'. * The bidder should have had an average annual financial turnover (gross) of minimum 30% of the tendered cost in Civil/Electrical construction work during the last available three-year consecutive balance sheets.
