Providing & fixing first quality vitrified tile on wall and flooring in specified colour and shade of size 600x600 mm laid over a bed of 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 including grouting the joints with white cement with matching pigments etc complete

Finishing Wall with Putty of approved Brand & manufacturer and of required shade on undacorated wall surface to give even surface

Wall painting one coat with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand & manufacture on dacorative wall surface to give an even shade includinh throughly brushing the surface clean of all dirt, grease , loose pieces and prepare smooth complete
