Carting of 250 mm dia RCC Hume pipes (NP-3 Class) and specials to the site of work. Lowering the same into trenches in depths upto 3.00m below ground level true to alignment caulking the joints with necessary spun yarn soacked in bitumen and jointing with 1:2 cement mortar in coarse sand including excavation of earth below invert level of pipe cost of all jointing materials, testing etc complete but excluding excavation and refilling of trenches from ground level to the invert level of pipes as per direction of E/I. 250mm dia R.C.C. S&S pipes NP3 Class (a) 0.00 to 1.50m BGL

Making connection of drain & sewer line with existing mainhole including breaking into & making good the wall floor with cement concrete 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) cement plaster on both sides with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement and making necessary channels for the drain etc complete.

Providing all materials and construction for rectangular slab type manhole of size 0.90x1.20x2.25M. As per drawing, including earth work timbering etc. required as per site condition and norms including 0.20m thick base concrete in 8:4:1 with 4.00cm gauge approved stone ballast, coarse sand and cement, M-150 class brick work in 1:5 cement and coarse sand (FM- 1.75-2.00), 12mm thick inside cement plaster in 1:3 cement & coarse sand (FM- 1.50-2.00) finished with neat cement floating coat making of P.C.C. cunette with 1:2:4 cement, coarse sand and stone grit (20mm) including mixing with W.P. compound and casting of 0.15m thick R.C.C. slab (Manhole cover slab) in 1:½:3 Providing and fixing of M.S. Iron work in plain work including bending and binding the same as per design provided by E/I in proper shape including providing and fixing 20mm dia round bar (PVC encapsulated) foot steps in walls. Providing and fixing R.C.C. manhole cover 600mm dia (Medium duty) with locking arrangements etc. complete including cost of all material, T&P etc complete as required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation for the following depth below ground level for laying Sewers, Manholes, Gully pits, Chambers, sumps etc. in ordinary soil (Earth, Sand, Loam, Clay) including cutting of joints, pits trimming, dressing, leveling, refilling of trenches in 20cm layers, watering and ramming the same and including disposal of surplus earth and other dismantled material upto a distance of 50m from centre of trenches as per direction of E/I. (a) 0.00 to 1.50m BGL

Providing and fixing open timbering (covering 1/3 of surface area by planks) in trenches for depth upto 3.00 m below ground level consisting of 40.00 mm thick approved country wood planks for polling boards, 125mmx75mm indian sal wood wallers and 100mm dia eucalyptus ballies for strut at 1.50 m c, c including removal after laying of sewer (both sides of trenches will be taken as one side for the purpose of payments and measurements i.e. area equals to length x depth of trench). Dismantled timbering materials will be property of the contractor as per direction of E/I. 1.50 to 3.00m BGL
