Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources). ( DSR 4.1.5) Rate of work shall include cost of all material, labour,T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including all taxes,labour cess but excluding GST. Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a lead of 50 m. (DSR 2.8.1) Rate of work shall include cost of all material, labour,T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including all taxes,labour cess but excluding GST.

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in sub-structure & Super structure complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications. MoRTH Sl-14.2, Ref.: Section-1600. RCC in Footing, Bases of Column & Tie Beam

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. RCC in Middle Beam & Top Band

Providing and laying autoclaved aerated cement blocks masonry with 150mm/230mm/300 mm thick AAC blocks in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level with RCC band at sill level and lintel level with approved block laying polymer modified adhesive mortar all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. For Column.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 Itr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 Itr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture . Rate of work shall include cost of all material, labour,T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including all taxes,labour cess but excluding GST.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. Rate of work shall include cost of all material, labour,T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including all taxes,labour cess but excluding GST.
