Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete . (DSR: 5.9.1) . Rate of work shall include cost of all material, labour,T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including all taxes,labour cess but excluding GST. For Footing of Collumns & Tie Beam,

Rate of work shall include cost of all material, labour,T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including all taxes,labour cess but excluding GST. For Middle Beam & Top Band.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts : (DSR: 5.9.5). Rate of work shall include cost of all material, labour,T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including all taxes,labour cess but excluding GST. For Column.

Providing and laying autoclaved aerated cement blocks masonry with 150mm/230mm/300 mm thick AAC blocks in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level with RCC band at sill level and lintel level with approved block laying polymer modified adhesive mortar all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The payment of RCC band and reinforcement shall be made for seperately). (DSR: 6.47). Rate of work shall include cost of all material, labour,T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including all taxes,labour cess but excluding GST. For Panels Upto Plinth

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in sub-structure & Super structure complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications. MoRTH Sl-14.2, Ref.: Section-1600. Rate of work shall include cost of all material, labour,T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including all taxes,labour cess but excluding GST.

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete . (DSR: 10.1). Rate of work shall include cost of all material, labour,T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including all taxes,labour cess but excluding GST. M.S. Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron ‘Y’ shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5 mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq. mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately) (dsr rate/1.2127/1.01). Rate of work shall include cost of all material, labour,T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including all taxes,labour cess but excluding GST. Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 Itr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 Itr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture . Rate of work shall include cost of all material, labour,T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including all taxes,labour cess but excluding GST.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. Rate of work shall include cost of all material, labour,T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including all taxes,labour cess but excluding GST.
