External Development Works

Supply of all materials, labour, T&P complete and construction of single storey framed structure utility building as per departmental type design (Plinth area 90 sqm). As per CPWD specification for institutional building.

Solar Power Plant

Supply & installation testing commissioning of solar power plant of 25 KW including 1 No. solar inverter with MPPT and other modern protections, lithium ion battery banks having 8 hrs. battery back-up as per MNRE guide lines, solar pannels must be of MNRE Class-A approved, hot Dipped Galvanised structure for holding solar plates, cable work, earthing work & foundation work complete in all respect and internal/ external electrification of FSTP and campus lighting as per relevant standards.

External Water Supply

Construction of framed structure boundary wall with height 1.85 mt. from plinth including concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length, (total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, tied with G.I. Staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal with MS Angle iron 50mmx50mmx5mm 'Y'shaped welded on 100mm x 100mm x 5 mm M.S. Plate to be fixed on R.C.C. Columns with 12 mm dia and 125mm long fastener bolt, supply of all materials, labour T&P for completion of works with all plaster, weather coat painting (Apex Ultima) etc complete.

Operation & Maintenance of Project Per Year :- To be incurred from house hold benefited charge collected as Rs. 2500 per house hold (Assuming desludging is carried out once in five years). No specific fund/budget will be allocated for management operation, safety and repair works.

Electrical Works inside the campus

Cesspool Vehicle :- Mobile Unit suitable for desludging, dislodging and removing obstruction sand blockages from containments (pits/septic tanks etc.) by a High Vacuum suctioning the Sludge/slurry by Vacuum Suction System and discharging the collected sludge by Hydraulic Tipping of the Tank, alternatively through Blow-back Arrangement.
