The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost of work put to bid, - Two similar works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work put to bid, - One similar completed work costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost of work put to bid. At least one completed work of similar nature should have been executed with some Central/ State Government Organisation, costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost put to tender. The value of executed works/turnover shall be brought to the current cost level by enhancing the actual value at the rate of 7% per annum at a simple rate. The bidder should have successfully completed similar works during the last ten years ending on the last day of the month previous to the one in which applications are invited. The bidder should have experience in executing similar type of works, specifically "Construction of RCC Framed Structure Building Work". The experience requirements for technical personnel vary based on the project cost, such as: - For a project cost of less than 5 Cr, the bidder should have 1 Graduate Engineer (Civil) with experience in similar works, - For a project cost of 5-25 Cr, the bidder should have 2 Graduate Engineers (Civil) with experience in similar works. The bidder should demonstrate their capability and capacity in executing similar projects in a time-bound, prestigious, and professional manner with high standards of workmanship within the specified cost. The bidder is required to provide a list of similar works executed during the last 10 years, along with supporting documents such as performance certificates issued by the client department/construction agency not below the rank of Executive Engineer/Project Manager. The bidder should submit this information as per Form-III, which implies that the bidder should have some prior experience in executing similar works. Additionally, the bidder is also required to submit a list of all works that have been awarded or are in progress as on the date of submitting the application, as per Form-IV. The values and percentages mentioned include: - 30% of the estimated cost of work put to bid - 40% of the estimated cost of work put to bid - 60% of the estimated cost of work put to bid - 7% per annum at a simple rate for enhancing the actual value of executed works/turnover - Less than 5 Cr - 5-25 Cr - 25-50 Cr
