The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost of work put to bid - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work put to bid - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost of work put to bid At least one completed work of similar nature should have been executed with some Central/ State Government Organisation, with a value of not less than 30% of the estimated cost put to tender. The bidder should have experience in construction of "RCC Framed Structure Building with appurtenant works (Civil & Electrical)" and in successfully supplying and installing scientific exhibits, interactive displays, and educational installations for Science Park, museums, or research institutions. The value of executed works/turnover shall be brought to the current cost level by enhancing the actual value at the rate of 7% per annum. The evaluation criteria for experience in similar class of works is as follows: - 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria - 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more - In between (i) & (ii) - on pro- rata basis The required prior work experience can also be demonstrated through an Experience Certificate issued by a Government officer of at least Class B rank, or by having a team with technical expertise and adequate capacity for science exhibits installation and post-installation support.
