Construction of granular sub-base by providing grading -1 material in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, & compecting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Clause 401

Construction of dry lean cement concrete (Grade M-15) Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonnes vibratory roller, finishing and curing.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement (PQC M 35 grade) over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing

Cement Concrete with 2 cm gauge approved stone grit, coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 6:3:1 including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. S.I. NO. 279(b)

R.C.C. Work with cement, approved coarse sand & 2 cm gauge approved stone grit in proportions of 1:1.5:3 in slabs and walls excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending, but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work including cost of binding wire. The rate excludes making of drip course which shall be paid extra. SOR No-284A

Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface (for repeated/transverse bar marking) Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 500 gms per sqm area, thickness of 5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35-2015. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes. (LKO-SOR, Ch. 26, S. No. 3)

Providing & laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC 35-2015. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from steaks and holes.(SI. No. New Item)

Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing. With 7 years warranty. Rates include design, fabrication, supply, transportation and erection of the sign board and also inclusive of all taxes, royalty etc. all T&P/machine material and labour required for proper completion of work excluding GST. Retro-reflectorised Traffic sign as per IRC 67-2012 Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC 67:2012 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fried over aluminum sheeting type-IV 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75 mm x6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing. The retro-reflective sheeting shall be tested for 3 year outdoor weathering test in Indian conditions as per IRC 67: 2012 & proof of the same in form of government report shall be uploaded with quoting tender. 80 mm x 60 mm rectangular with diffinitation plate (20 cm x 50 cm) (As per SOR. Ch. 27 SI. No. 6 (d)

Reflective Raised Pavement Marker without shanks Providing and fixing of raised pavement markers with twin shanks of adequate length anchored with epoxy / bitumen adhesive of approved make(Cat Eye) Type x-ASTMD-4956-04 Avery Dennision/3m(USA Make) having moulded body of polycarbonate, ASA, HIPS or ABS able to support a load of 13.635 M.T. tested in accordance with ASTMD 4280 type H and other requirement mentioned in MoRT&H Circular, its reflective lens made of micro prismatic lens (capable of providing total internal reflection of light), electronically welded to the body. The length, height and width of the body shall not exceed 130 mm, 20 mm and 105 mm respectively, The area of each reflective surface shall not be less than 13 Sq. cm . on each side sloping at the angle of 35 + 5 degree to the base to ensure maximum reflectively. it shall comply to specification of Category A of MoRT&H circular no. RW/NH 33023/10/97-DO-III dated 11.06.97 lenses shall be moulded of methyl methecrylate conforming to ASTMD 788 or equivalent. With 7 years warranty.
