Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade ex- cluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources):DSR-2023-4.1.8

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

12 mm thick cement plaster in 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) az per S.I No-584(a)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): 3 aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removalof form for all heights : Foundations, footings, bases of column, etc for mass concrete.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting,bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars

Granular Sub Base with well Graded Material(Table 400.1) (A) By Mix in Place Method. Construction of granular sub base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORD Technical spec.clause 401.

Providing laying and spreading compacting stone aggerigates of specific sizes to water bound mecadam speci. Inc. spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with theree wheel 8-10 ton static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per technical spec.clause 405.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2M 30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including leveling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finshed in continous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slab for 14-days, using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grades as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 MORD-6.4

Providing & Fixing of Inauguration Granite stone including excavation of foundation, Base concrete 12:6:1, B/W in 1:6 cement and Coarse sand, Plaster in 1:4, Painting & Supply of Granite stone & lettering etc. Complete as per S I No-251,273,303, 584(a), 660, 819 & Black Granite (Polished) in big slab 20mm thick (size 0.75x0.60m) as per 4 (c) (i).
