The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing similar works such as "Trenching, laying, jointing, splicing, termination, testing and Commissioning of optical fiber cable", "OFC maintenance works", or "Any type of Railway Signaling works". The bidder should have completed at least one of the following: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. Additionally, the bidder should have a minimum cumulative turnover of at least 150% of the advertised value of the tender from operations in the previous three financial years and the current financial year. The bidder should also have a minimum total contract amount received during the last three years, which should be at least 150% of the advertised tender value of the work.
