Laying and fixing of 350 mm dia NP-3 Class Hume pipe (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Wet Mix Macadam Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mecahnical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacitng with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. Complete all As per MoRT&H specification No. 406 (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Maintenance Cost of 4th Year …………. 0.75% (as per G.O. No/ 17/2024/SA0-113/23-1-2024-23-1099/113/2023 dated 16-01-2024)

Granular Sub-Base with Coarse Graded Material (Table:- 400- 2) Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material of spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, Complete all As per MoRT&H specification No. 401 (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing. Complete all as per MoRT&H specification No. 602 (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Construction of Embankment with Material Deposited from Roadway Cutting Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2. Complete all As per MoRT&H specification table No. 300-2 (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Construction of Embankment with Material obtained from BorrowpitsConstruction of embankment with approved material obtained from site with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Table 300-2. Complete all as per MoRT&H specification No. 305 Sr. No. 3.16 (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Supply, of 1200 mm dia NP-3 Class Hume pipe (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Construction of Subgrade and Earthen Shoulders Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained form borrowpits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300-2. Complete all as per MoRT&H specification No. 305 Sr. No. 3.18 (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

RCC Grade M25 Complete all as per MoRT&H specification No. 12.08E case II (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Providing and laying Dense Graded bituminous macadam with Higher Capacity batch HMP Using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @4.5 percent weight of total mix and filler, transpoting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydristatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achive the desired compatction as per MoRT&H Specifications clause 505 complete in all respects. (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Providing and aplying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. As per MoRT&H specification No. 503 Sr. No. 5.02 (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Bituminous Concrete Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120TPH batch type HMP producing an average oitpir ot 75 tonne per hour ising crished aggregated of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4% by weight of total mix and filler. Transporting the hot mix to work site and laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled Vibratory & tendem roller to achieve the desired compaction Complete all as per MoRT&H specification No. 509 (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Maintenance Cost of 3rd Year …………. 0.50% (as per G.O. No/ 17/2024/SA0-113/23-1-2024-23-1099/113/2023 dated 16-01-2024)

Providing and laying pitching on slopes laid over prepared filter media as per drawing and Technical Complete all as per MORT&H Specifications clouse 1302. (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Brick Masonry Work in Cement Mortar 1:3 in Foundation complete excluding Pointing and Plastering, as per Drawing and Complete all as per MoRT&H specification No. 1300 (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

RCC Grade M20 Complete all as per MoRT&H specification No. 12.08C case II (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)

Mild steel of Iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included an overall rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including the supply of steel its wastage bend hooks and authorized overlapping shall be measured to floor two level. Excavation in Soil using Hydraulic Excavator CK 90 and tippers with Disposal upto 1000 metres. Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m. Complete all As per MoRT&H specification No. 301 Sr. No. 3.6 (Rates are including all taxes, royalty, labour cess etc but Exculding GST shall be paid as per applicable)
