Road Delinator Providing and fixing of standard as per IRC 79-2019 consisting of minimum retro reflective unit exposed area of 330 square cm in white color, full cube corner micro prismatic non- metalic retro-reflective sheeting on each side conferming with IRC 67-2012 and meeting the coefficient of retro reflection values as per ASTM D 4956 type IV table specification. The The Delenator shall be painted with powder coat of minimum 40 microns thickness on top of which retro reflective sheeting shall be pasted on both sides. The structure shall be manufactured in roll forming process and shall have height not less than 800 mm above the ground width not less than 100 mm and shall extend not more than 300 mm below the ground white being installed. The front and back facse of the delenator shaould be curved with a radius of not more than 200 mm and with della angle (or central angle of curve) layingn between 20 degree and 30 degree, to increase the visivilty of the delenator for vehchicles moving in continous curve the delenator shall have grooves across the length to make the reflective sheets vandal-proof. The retro reflective sheeting shall be tested for 3 year outdor wethering test in indian conditions as per IRC 67:2012 & proof of the same in form of goverment report shall be uploaded which quoting tender. if samehow tender pre qualification condition do not ask for goverment report then the report shall be submitted of engineer-in-charge before finalization of bill. The delenator is meant for application on gaps in median, trafic islands, dangerous bends, roundabouts, narrow bridges etc. or as per desired by site engineer. MoRTH -805(8.15) and including all material, labour, labour cess, T&P royalty, all tasex ect. complete as per direction by i-in-c but excluding G.S.T.

For Hazard marker board Retro-reflactrorised Traffic sign as per IRC67-2012 Providing and fixing of retro reflectroised cautaionary mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC 67-2012 made of High intensity grade sheeting vide clouse 801.3 friced over aluminium sheeting type IV 1.5 mm thick supported on miled steel angle irone post 75mmx75mmx6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-150 grade cemnent concreat 45cmx45cmx60cm below ground level as per approved drowing. the retro reflective sheeting tested for 3 years outdor wethering test in indian conditions as per IRC 67:2012 & proof of the same in form of goverment report shall be uploaded while quoting tender. Morth 801 (8.4) xi) 45x90 cm two way Object Hazard verical post and including all material, labour, labour cess, T&P royalty, all tasex ect. complete as per direction by i-in-c but excluding G.S.T. transportation, installation and incidentals all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Provinding and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, Thickness of 5 mm is exclusive applied glass beads as per IRC 35 The Finished surface to level , uniform and free from streak and holes (For Repeated Bar) and including all material, labour, labour cess, T&P royalty, all tasex ect. complete as per direction by i-in-c but excluding G.S.T.

Providing and laying of Hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectrorising glass beeds @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beeds as per IRC 35 the finished surface to be hard uniform and free from streaks and heats (Ch No 27) and including all material, labour, labour cess, T&P royalty, all tasex ect. complete as per direction by i-in-c but excluding G.S.T.

iv) 80 mm x 60 mm rectangular with diffinitation plate (20cm x 60cm) and including all material, labour, labour cess, T&P royalty, all tasex ect. complete as per direction by i-in-c but excluding G.S.T.

Providing and fixing of traffic sings - CHEVRON signs at curves retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 mad of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed cover aluminium shting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x75 mm x6 mm firmly fixed to th ground by means of properly dsignd foundation with M-15 grade cment conc. 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground lvel as per approved drawing and including all material, labour, labour cess, T&P royalty, all tasex ect. complete as per direction by i-in-c but excluding G.S.T., transportation, installation and incidentals all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
