Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam,clay or sand) upto 30 M and including lift upto 1.50 M and lead upto 30 M and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge upto a distance of 30 M from the foundation trenches as per S.I. No. 251(a). Including cost of, all material, labour, T&P and Labour cess etc. complete but excluding GST.

Providing and laying in cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 (1 cement , 4 course sand, 8 graded stone ballast 40 mm nominal size) and curring complete, including supply of all materials, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of E/I. Including cost of all labour, T&P and all taxes complete. S.I. No. 281 but excluding GST. Including cost of, all material, labour, T&P, Royalty, labour cess etc. complete but excluding GST.

Cement Concrete Pavement ( C.C. Road) Construction of un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M 30(Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days,using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and finished with Power Trowel Cum Floter-Trimix Flooring ine.TechnicalSpecification Clause 1501.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density.

Providing and laying of premix sand seal coat of appropriate capacity not less than 75 tonnes/ hours using crushed stone chipping 6.7 mm size and penetration bitumen of suitable grade.

Earth work in embankment with ordinary soil in 20 cm. Layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.50 M. lift with carted earth up to 3.000 km distance. as directed by the Engineer in charge including all labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Supplying, fitting and placing with MS bar reinforcement (Fe 415) in substructrue complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 1002, 1005, 1010 & 1202 including bending for proper and necessary completion of the work and including supply of steel and wastages, bends, hooks and authorised overlapping shall be measurised as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
