Providing & applying tack coat with V.G.-10 bitumen at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer cleaned with hydroulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. Including Betumen cost, royalty, labour cess & all taxes except G.S.T.

Construction of un-reinforced, (Without dowel Bar) joined at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness of CC is less then 20 Cm., over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2 (1:1½:3) coarse and fine aggregates confirming to IS 383 maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less then 0.2 cum capacity and appropiate weight batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side from work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels. rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints as per norms, applying debonding strips primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction, joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clouse 1501 including Cost of Polythene Sheet and also including complete shifting of materials & Concrete etc. S.I. No. Ch.-20 New Item 9(1) Including Betumen cost, royalty, labour cess & all taxes except G.S.T.

Providing and laying in cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone ballast 40mm nominal size) and curing complete, including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of E/I). Including royalty, labour cess & all taxes except G.S.T. (As per S.I. No. 281)

12mm thick plaster with cement and coarse sand mortar in 1:4 over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 1 cm. including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Including royalty, labour cess & all taxes except G.S.T. (As per S.I. No. 584).

Cement Concrete with 2cm gauge approved stone grit coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all materials, labour Tools & plant etc. required for proper completion fo the work. Including royalty, labour cess & all taxes except G.S.T. (As per S.I. No. 279(a).

Excavation in foundation in soil mixed with mooram. Shingle, Kankar requiring the use of special tools and plant such as pickaxes, sables etc. including lift upto 1.5 meter and lead upot 30 meter and including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches and disposal of suplus earth for widening of embankment/side patries on both sides of road as directed by the Engineer-in-charge upto a distance of 30 meter from the foundation trenches. Including royalty, labour cess & all taxes except G.S.T. (As per S.l. No. 251 (a)).
