Mild steel or iron work in plain work such as reinforced cement concrete (when not included in over all rate) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of work, supply of steel, all labour etc. required and including wastage bend, hooks and authorised over lapping shall be measured. As per MorT&H Spec. no 14.2 , 1600 (Including Labour cess but GST Will be paid Extra as applicable)

Cement concrete with 4cm gauge stone ballast, approved course sand and cement in proportion 6:3:1 in foundations and under floors including supply of all materials labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. S.I.No. 280 (Including Labour cess but GST Will be paid Extra as applicable)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. As per DSR 2021 Analysis Rate. 13.80 (Including Labour cess but GST Will be paid Extra as applicable)

Stone work, plain in copings, cornices, string courses and plinth courses, upto 75 mm thick in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), including pointing with white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade (Red Sand Stone ) As per DSR 2021 Analysis of rate. 7.32.1 (Including Labour cess but GST Will be paid Extra as applicable)

Excavation in foundation in soil mixed moorum including lift up to 1.50m and lead upto 30m. and including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth in to the space between the building and side of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by engineer in charge. As per S.I. No. 251(Including Labour cess but GST Will be paid Extra as applicable)

Providing and fixing structural steel frame (for dry cladding with 30 mm thick gang saw cut with achine cut edges sand stone) on walls at all eights using M.S. square/ rectangular tube in the required pattern as per architectural drawing, including cost of cutting, bending, welding etc. The frame work shall be fixed to the wall with the help of M.S. brackets/ lugs of angle iron/ flats etc. which shall be welded to the frame and embedded in brick wall with cement concrete block 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) of size 300x230x300 mm, including cost of necessary centring and shuttering and with approved expansion hold fasteners on CC/RCC surface, including drilling necessary holes. pproved cramps/ pins etc. shall be welded to the frame work to support stone cladding, the steel work will be given a priming coat of Zinc primer as approved by Engineerin-charge and painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint (Shop drawings shall be mitted by the contractor to the ngineer-in-charge for approval before execution). The rame work shall be fixed in true horizontal & vertical lines/planes. (Only structural steel frame work shall be measured for the purpose of payment, stainless steel cramps shall be paid for separately and nothing extra shall be paid). Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) As per DSR2021 Analysis Rate 13.46.1 (Including Labour cess but GST Will be paid Extra as applicable)

M-150 brick work in 1:4 cement and Coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and Tools and Plants etc. required for proper completion of work. DSR 2021 No. 6.4.1 (Including Labour cess but GST Will be paid Extra as applicable)

Provision for lettering / engraving matters at gateway and at site as required. (Including Labour cess but GST Will be paid Extra as applicable)

Providing and fixing dry cladding upto 10 metre heights with 30mm thick gang saw cut stone with (machine cut edges) of uniform colour and size upto 1mx1m, fixed to structural steel frame work and/ or with the help of cramps, pins etc. and ealing the joints with approved weather sealant as per rchitectural drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (The steel frame work, stainless steel cramps and pins etc. shall be paid for separately).
