Construction of un-reinforced, (Without dowel Bar) joined at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness of CC is less then 20 Cm., over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2 (1:1½:3) coarse and fine aggregates confirming to IS 383 maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less then 0.2 cum capacity and appropiate weight batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side from work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels. rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints as per norms, applying debonding strips primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction, joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clouse 1501 including Cost of Polythene Sheet and also including complete shifting of materials & Concrete etc. (M-30) S.I. Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

R.C.C. Work with cement approved coarse sand & 2 cm gauge approved stone grit in proportions of 1:1.5:3 in lintels of door & windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending, but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W. G.G.I., binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all materials labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work, including cost of binding wire. The rate excludes making of drip course which shall be paid extra. SI No. 284

Providing & applying tack coat with V.G.-10 bitumen at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer cleaned with hydroulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

M.S. (tor steel or plain) in Plain work such as R.C.C. or R.B. work including bending for proper shape and including supply of steel & its wastage, bend hooks, and authorized overlapping shall be measured and including cost of binding wire. SI.No. 504

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three whel 80-100 kN static foller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per Technical Specificatio Clause 508.

Providing and laying in cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone ballast 40mm nominal size) and curing complete, including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of E/I) S.I. No. 281
